Atmosphere, food and service great as usual. We have been visiting Tocketts Mill for over 15 years. One of the best locally for friendly service and decent reasonably priced food.

On this occasion the food was nice as always however a staff member was rude which will prevent me visiting again and will likely go elsewhere. We were made to feel that a party of 18 was far more important than us. When querying how long the wait for food would be given they had a party of 18 in, I said to the lady who seated us "Sorry, it's just that we only have an hour lunch break." She rolled her eyes at me, walked away and with her back to our table said "So does everyone else in here." Our table of 5 were all pretty shocked by this unwarranted rude behaviour! Given this staff member seated us I assume she is a supervisor which makes it even worse.

The Copper Cow – Sowerby BridgeThe food and the atmosphere was good, the service was excellent, but the plates and serving dishes were not hot enough. My vegetables got cold very quickly and I was unable to eat half of them as they were stone cold. I'm sure that a method for warming dishes could be found (an old fashioned hostess trolley?) to make the food hotter when it gets to the table. Otherwise we enjoyed the meal and experience.
The Kings Arms – RichmondFirst time for me and my partner, arrived and greeted with a smile and shown to our table by Elliott (Great Chap) the service was amazing, food was delicious especially the filling most delicious steak pie and skinny fries and my partner had the snug burger, he said it was to die for. Loved the atmosphere, warm and cozy. I would definitely come back again.
