Tasty food & generous portions. Excellent service from attentive servers. Not a huge menu but what they do they do well. Recommended for pre theatre food.

Visited Roberto's for dinner while away for a few days in Southport. It was the first time in a few years since we last ate here, and if anything we found it even better than our previous visit. We had booked a table and arrived nearly 10 mins early, but this wasn't a problem and were shown to our table. Friendly service from all staff that was excellent and attentive, and the food was fantastic! A great selection of dishes with good portion sizes and great flavour. The Penne al Pollo was delicious! Restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is lovely with images of Italy and a traditional Italian Vespa moped on display. Overall great food, great service, great restaurant and value for money. We will definitely be back when we return to Southport!

What a lovely fabulous place. You are looked after from the moment you walk in to when you leave. Nothing is too much. Can not recommend enough. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so very welcome.

Superb food, great ambiance and attentive service.

Booked for pre theatre dining again. Had a laurel & hardy pizza and west side story charcuterie board - as always the food was fabulous. The atmosphere in the pub was lively and the staff were really pleasant. We love coming here. We don’t live locally otherwise it would be more often.

Our favourite pub in Liverpool and a regular visit for us. The pizzas are amazing and the friendliest atmosphere and staff.

I was really disappointed at the service we had book a table for 18.45 when we arrived at this time we had to wait as the place was full and the was someone on our table then when we finally got taken to our table it was not set no wine glasses no cutlery or napkins, a waitress cam over with 3 knives and 3 spoons and put on our table and said try had ran out of cutlery and would be straight back with more never came back then the people next to us left and they came and cleared the table and reset we had to ask for cutlery several times when we finally got some the forks were bent and had seen better days but we still had no napkins. Service was very slow wait 10 minutes to order drinks and we had to ask. We have eaten here many times and never have I been so disappointed with the hole experience food was lovely but 4 of us all had our and 1 had to wait we had nearly finished when the other arrived.

Excellent, food, portions and friendly staff, lovely venue

Had a lovely meet up with family in this great pub. It’s so handy for us to meet up right by Lime Street Station. Food was lovely two of us had ploughman’s lunch delicious and two had the Scouse I was told the best Scouse they had tasted. Service was lovely. Will definitely be returning.Thank you all.

We visit Souvla regularly, the food is incredible; fresh, flavourful and delicious! On top of that the service is excellent, attentive to just the right degree. Highly recommend!
