Had a friend over the weekend and she wanted to try something new. Armenian taverna was fantastic as always, delicious grill and excellent honey cake. Also, great selection of Armenian wines, which I don't think you can find anywhere else outside Armenia

Food was really good, really tasty and really filling! Would have given 5/5 but they had run out of part of the mixed grill so I'll need to go back again (and again...) to sample it as it is described. Nice touch at the end of the meal to gift us some deserts as they don't open on a Monday.. Will definitely be a return visitor, and finally a proper decent restaurant in New Mills!
A Tavola Gastronomia Siciliana – StockportThis was our 2nd visit to Il Mulino. After our 1st visit we highly recommended Il Mulino to my brother and his wife who accompanied us on this visit. Has with our 1st visit, the food was just perfect. Cannot praise your Chef or Chefs enough in that department. Again like our 1st time, your staff were so pleasant and helpful. However my one criticism and this happened on our 1st visit as well, once the food was served to us your service left without providing cutlery. Like our 1st visit, we had to request this. We will keep coming back because it is an outstanding place to eat but I do feel you need to remedy this problem.

Chakalaka – Manchester City CentreThursday10th June was the first 'eating in' at Amma's for a long time due to the pandemic. It was so warm we were offered a seat outside under the fairly recently erected 'pagoda' (I am sure there is another name for it!) Service was just right, with attention to our needs, but not over-bearing. Quality of food, exceptional, and value for money about spot on! Keep up the good work folks!
Amma’s Canteen – ChorltonProbably the best service and food in Stockport! Fantastic atmosphere thanks to lovely and friendly staff and owners who are always so welcoming. You can tell that, just like in their previous location, a lot of effort has been put in decorating the place. Love it! Also located in the lovely area of New Mills. Easy to get to from the train station. Reddish’s loss but New Mills’ gain! Won’t stop us from hopping on the train to come visit again for the food we have been missing so much! So much variety! Best Sicilian food in greater Manchester!

The evolution of the Beehive pub into a Sicilian restaurant is brilliant, both from the decor but also the use of indoor and outside spice.
