Beautiful food, beautiful setting amazing perfect service. This is an experience not just a meal. I honestly can not complain about any item we were served, except maybe that the portions were a bit small. The food was incredible and I was beyond thrill when not only did the Chef come to our table but also let me take a pic with her. This really is a wonderful little restaurants that everyone in Telford should experience. Thank you for the yummy food.

Love the Queen's Head. The food is good, especially items from the Specials board, as is the atmosphere. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Parking is easy. All bases covered.

Our second time at Surees - this time for Tapas - delightful - I cannot recommend the place highly enough.

Although we were put on the bottom floor whilst they were bringing more tables and chairs down, the food was fantastic as always. My son enjoyed being on our own to start with, however my wife did mention something regards to no atmosphere in the basement. The food always takes centre stage and we will be going again.

We returned again this week with our daughter and her partner. We wanted somewhere with guaranteed fantastic food and amazing service so where else is there to go other than Suree’s!? As always- Jo was there to offer a friendly and familiar welcome and we were of course delighted by the Thai tapas and my favourite dessert of all time- the deep fried ice cream. Consistently fabulous- it’s our first choice - thank you for another amazing Saturday lunchtime meal x

Disappointed. Was blatantly ignored by the barman at check in . After about 5 minutes he did check us in , told us they were full , quickly took our payment before telling us our room was above where the band is performing from 9 to 11:30 . Our room ( front room ) was extremely warm , unable to open the windows there was a fan available which only managed to circulate the warm air all night . The noise from the band was horrendous to the extent the bass vibrating through the floor . The bathroom was grubby . Stained sink , mould in the shower tray , mirror was filthy . There was no blind on the window which is directly in front of the shower cubicle . Would not recommend if expecting a peaceful nights sleep . Food was reasonable. Although at breakfast I had to search through all the mugs to find clean ones , they looked like they’d just been eaten swilled out with tea stains still in them . Grim really .

3rd time visiting Suree’s kitchen and we will most definitely return. We had the specials which were amazing….lovely flavours. The fried ice cream was delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Queens Head. The service was really good & the waitress was attentive to our needs, polite & friendly. Our meals were ready within 10 minutes of ordering even though the restaurant was quite busy. The menu was extensive & I had plenty of choice as a vegetarian. The food was delicious & we will definitely return soon.

We did the Thursday Steak deal which was very good value for money given the size of the steaks. There were 2 blonde waitresses who were very pleasant and friendly. We did have to wait a while but that wasn't really a problem. We would come back!

I hadn’t been here for some time and after looking at their menu came for lunch with two friends. The Barrender/waitress was lovely and the food was really good.

We had a wonderful meal yesterday at the Queens Head. There were three of us for lunch and we all thoroughly enjoyed our different choices. My duck breast in cherry sauce was absolutely fantastic and this is the best meal I have had for a very long time.

Fantastic meal, third time to Queens Head and never disappointed. Lovely interactive staff; sociable and helpful, could not be better. One of my favourite restaurants in this locality.

Despite there only being 2 servers, they were very organised and dealt with orders etc in a timely manner. They were welcoming and friendly. Our meals were produced in a short space of time and the food was well cooked. There was a good choice of food on the menu. I would definitely recommend the Water Rat.

Outside seating was a little disappointing, service was very friendly and bubbly, but no one checked if everything was ok. It was a very quiet time of day. Our guests enjoyed the ribs and the brisket but the burgers tasted very cheap and I couldn’t eat them. We probably wouldn’t go back.

Friendly barmaid waitress made us even more pleased to find a place to eat on a Monday evening. Enjoyable experience even if Guinness not on tap. Our meals were good, steak tender. The Tilley Raven came recommended by the flower arranging group in the pub (kitchen closed Mondays) in Wem so, as strangers, we were grateful to them.
