Both my friend and myself ordered a burger and fries which sounded lovely on the menu. It came out in around 5-10 mins which we were shocked at being able to cook a burger that quickly. I cut the burger in half and it looked like a cheap thin, processed one that had been stuck on the grill which would explain the speed in which it came out. I’ve just got used to eating thick homemade burgers when I eat out. Which without being rude, I make better ones for the family at home. The bun was really dry and stale. My friend was going to complain, but as both burgers were the same we assumed if we had another, it also would be the same. But for £15 I wasn’t impressed which is a shame as the waitresses were pleasant and attentive and atmosphere was nice too.

Had an amazing night with my mom and sisters food was lovely they couldn't be any more helpful will be back for another visit very soon.

Food was lovely, live band ace. Rude member of staff, she obviously hated her job Shame!

Lovely food and lovely staff who had to deal with a disgusting abusive couple and did so professionally and courteously. Nice atmosphere (when the couple left) and will 100% return

5 ladies that needed a good Xmas night out which we got but not because of the service or food .. menus and meals were chucked on the table staff I knew busy but so impatient so rude .. food not the best but was edible and a cocktail that tasted like strepsils sent back but gladly replaced . We have been going here for years but last time for me . We spent a lot lastnight left a good tip too .. shame really

Christmas party booked, slightly odd as we put put at the end of the 'live music' area. Having a range of age groups within the booking- doors to outside were open, very loud music wasn't ideal. However the team did an amazing job in moving us into the restaurant. Then following the party into the live room to party the night away. Food was amazing and service was unfaultable. Atmosphere was perfect after we were moved!

Fabulous evening with friends and family. Meal was gorgeous, service was brilliant, staff were very helpful and good fun.

We received a lovely, warm welcome we we stepped through the door of the White Hart. A smile and the offer of mince pies and mulled wine is enough for most but this continued with nothing being a problem, where we wanted to sit, recommending the wine etc. A really lovely lunch, delicious fish finger sandwich, homemade tartar sauce and chunky chips. Perfect. Thank you to all the staff for helping to make this a perfect Friday.

Faultless! Arrived early expecting to wait however we were taken to our table immediately. Drinks order was taken as soon as we were comfortable & arrived quickly. Items that were not available on the menu were explained to us & the waitress was very polite. Food was to our expectations & very competitively priced. Will definitely return.

We booked a table to celebrate a birthday and we could not fault anything! Great menu with lots of choice, the food was excellent and service was brilliant. Would highly recommend and will be back :)

We visited for Sunday lunch on 21st November I booked online the day before. Food was beautiful tasty and well presented great service too. Very impressed and would definitely return when in ironbridge.

Highly rated Sunday lunch. My guests were impressed as much as I was. Absolutely nothing To complain about. Perfect food, service and venue. None of this was unusual or out of the ordinary as this is what we get every time I visit.

Waited 2 hours for half of our tables food, to then find out the rest of the food order hadn’t been passed onto the kitchen even though we had asked staff to chase 3 times and were told “It will be with you shortly”. The few meals we did receive we Ok but not worth the wait, lasagne was burnt, chips were not very nice and scampi was sloppy! We appreciate it was a busy evening with the Ironbridge light switch on, but we booked table in advance and actually hour before the event started! Personally I feel the restaurant should prepared for larger than normal orders. Also if it was a technological fault with the device not passing info to the kitchen as one staff member said surely you should come Up with an alternative, even if old school pen and paper cause several orders were missed (as we had seen several families before us also leave because food hadn’t been served!) For a pre-booked meal we were also placed in a dark corner of the music room, very loud music not ideal for 2 small children (which was also made aware of prior to booking as we requested a high chair, which also wasn’t provided u til being asked several times!)
