We stayed in Ironbridge last weekend and booked a reservation on line. We enjoyed the food immensely, presentation was brilliant and the food was amazing. Would book again.

The White Hart – IronbridgeAbsolutely delicious food, really high quality. My only small criticism was that we had to wait quite a long time to be served with drinks, mains and puddings. But it was a busy Friday night and I'm sure the kitchen were going as fast as they could.
The White Hart – IronbridgeFabulous evening ...Great Atmosphere , good food with excellent service .
The White Hart – IronbridgeFantastic food and great staff
The White Hart – IronbridgeThai restaurant. We had a fantastic meal. The only issue we had was that as it is very intimate Resturant other diners were very late at their tables which caused disruptions for other diners waiting to dine. Feel the Resturant need to set Time limits to tables and manage expectations in order not to disrupt the evening for others. However we will definitely return as our food and our service was exceptional
The White Hart – IronbridgeAbsolutely fantastic meal on Saturday night just gone (30.03.19) We all enjoyed our 2-courses which consisted of tomato soup with sourdough bread and asparagus and slow cooked egg. Then the mains we had 2 x sirloin steaks and 2 x spiced lamb dishes- all divine and superbly presented. I must also compliment each and every one of the staff members who served us, the young gentleman explained the menu items on any questions i had very well and all very knowledgable. The upstairs dining area is beautiful and would thoroughly recommend to anyone local like us (or not) to visit number ten restaurant at the White Hart, thank you all Maria Macree.
The White Hart – IronbridgeExcellent
The White Hart – IronbridgeTerrible customer service/booking system. I booked the table via White Hart website yesterday afternoon for 18:45 pm. I have received an email with a booking confirmation as well. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that they don’t have a table for us! Apparently they don’t even bother looking at the online booking. The guy at the bar wasn’t helpful nor considerate. Overall rating 0 out of 5. We will not return again.
The White Hart – IronbridgeDelicious, considered and seasonal food, knowledgable and passionate staff who left us wanting for nothing, remaining calm and professional and attentive despite a very busy night
The White Hart – IronbridgeHighly recommended, quality restaurant food. We had 3 different meals, all a high standard, definitely not 'pub grub'. We were given a complementary salmon taster which was pleasant, though we wouldn't necessarily have chosen it as a starter. The ground floor has appearance of an ordinary pub, but the restaurant area upstairs is in a different league, stylish and upmarket. Service was attentive and friendly, not rushed, but no undue waits. The set price reflected the quality and we felt it was justified for a special occasion. The only downside was that the corner where we were seated was chilly, but it didn't spoil our evening. Smoking near the entrance is always annoying. Hard for pubs to stop it.
The White Hart – IronbridgeThe four of us came here on Saturday night and we all said the food was some of the best we have ever had for a long time .Well done looking forward to coming again soon
The White Hart – IronbridgeVisited on Sunday 10/3/19. Stunning, clean pub. Couldn’t fault the quality of the food or portion sizes and the staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait for our next visit, would highly recommend.
The White Hart – IronbridgeExcellent service, quality food, nice ambience.
The White Hart – IronbridgeNote that Wynnstay is a common name for hotels and hostelries around here. This one is NOT in the heart of Oswestry.
Wynnstay Arms Hotel – OswestryFavourite pub in Oswestry. A proper real ale place with good beer and a good but small menu. The very low ceilings and stained glass give it a lot of character.
The Fox Inn – OswestryLovely grand old hotel right in the heart of Oswestry. An old 17th century coaching in. We used it as a base to explore the area and the pool/spa was perfect for my son. We had a great spacious room above the spa.
Wynnstay Arms Hotel – OswestryIts the best casual dining option in Oswestry. Good simple Italian food that is kid friendly. We enjoyed our pizzas and my Chianti by the glass was very pleasant.
Prezzo – OswestryMy daughter and I have visited ZiZi's twice now and have enjoyed it on both occasions. The menu has a lot of choice. We had pizza which was delicious. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was value for money and it was an enjoyable experience. We will definitely visit again. Thank you
