Five of us Came here for Mother’s Day dinner and it was delicious the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. This is the nicest roast dinner I have had and the desserts were fabulous too.

First time since refurb, looks great, food was really good pub grub, good service. Only one downside, one bar person on a very very busy bar on a Saturday??? Poor guy was run off his feet and long waits for drink service.

Another enjoyable evening at the Y Sgwar. As usual friendly staff, good quality food very well presented and cooked. For the quality of the food it is a fair price and the restaurant always has a nice lively atmosphere. We have been many times and always had a great meal. Looking forward to our next visit.

It was quiet when we went (only 2 other couples eating). Food was slightly above average price but way above average quality. Everything we got was well cooked and really flavorful. And we even got an acapella happy birthday for my partner with her dessert. Service was lovely. I'd recommend anyone to try this place out. 5 star :) great chef, great server, great atmosphere

My husband & I had a wonderful Sunday lunch at The Bridge End last Sunday. The food was excellent, lots of lovely vegetables & perfectly cooked. The portion sizes were just right. The restaurant was busy but we weren't rushed at all. Our server was fantastic (Alex I think), polite, attentive & proficient. We also noticed the lady who greeted us & directed us to our table, she was great & used any spare moment to train staff. It's good to see. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunday lunch here.

Beautiful place in a beautiful area. New, fresh, clean, friendly staff, all of them, food excellent, plates hot, all cooked to perfection, service excellent. Just need that extra rail on the first set of stairs and we'll be back. Thank you for making our visit even more special.

Always a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Vic. The staff are friendly and efficient and the meals well presented and good value. Booking is essential and easily done online. Parking is plentiful nearby. Dogs are welcome too. Recommended for a visit.

A very busy but excellent atmosphere and friendly staff. We particularly enjoyed the chicken curry and Anglesey burger, both of which were the best we have ever tasted! The chips were to die for!!!!!!
