Alba is housed in the old lifeboat building in St. Ives and offers splendid views out over the harbour. A previous winner of the AA Seafood Restaurant of the year, and holder of a Rosette, chef Grant Nethercott produces perfectly cooked line-caught fish and seafood in a modern European style. Having large grounds, this grade II-listed former convent keeps its own hens and grows its own herbs and vegetables.
