Latest Restaurant Review:The Plough Inn, Newburn

"Booked for Christmas lunch more like average Sunday roast. An hour into meal it went seriously downhill. Waiting an hour between meals is seen as acceptable by management. Let's see.. firstly manager/owner has a real attitude problem and can't handle negitive feedback and uses excuse of being short staffed. Menu doesn't reflect quality of food you get. Atmosphere bland and uncomfortable. At 90 pound per person expected better than this but hey ho. In your words all I want to do was moan. The fact is I stated i simply wanted to provide feedback expecting nothing from that feedback. I would strongly advise not to go to this place, it has potential but management don't care about experience of customers just their bank balances. Avoid like the plague. You might have a good few experiences but ultimately if you complain you see their true colours!!!"
