Been here a few times when we come to Carlisle to visit . food is delicious and lovely friendly staff

A lovely meal served by very pleasant and friendly staff. We mentioned in passing that it was one of the party’s birthday and they presented his dessert with a candle and sang Happy Birthday - a lovely touch. Would definitely book again.

I received an email asking for my experience of dining at Lewis's Bistro. I didn't stay long enough to eat due to the unfriendly, unprofessional attitude of a member of staff. I eat out often and have never experienced anything like it. I understand that it's tough recruiting people into hospitality, but some people just are not suited to customer facing roles.

Another fab lunch yesterday we love this place great food ,service and a great relaxed atmosphere . Also a great choice of menu has to be the best place in town……be sure to book early see you all again soon……..

Superb food as always , the lamb was the best I’ve ever had. We always make a point of visiting when we are in the lakes.

Visited The Pheasant Inn on our 1st night of short break to Keswick with family. Nice warm atmosphere, good food and warm welcome.

Chose the Wheatsheaf for lunch before attending a Funeral nearby. Cosy pub with excellent food and friendly staff. Great location off M6 and opposite historical Anglo Saxon church.

Spent a lovely evening in such a cozy pub. Very friendly atmosphere. Food was delicious. We had the vegetable rissoto, Lamb Henry and curry. Will definitely return on our next visit to the Lakes.

An absolutely stunning meal, with great friendly service. The Pork Belly was the best dish I have eaten in years. Will most definitely return the next time I am in Grasmere.
