CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenGreat food at lunchtime. Had 2 starters and garlic bread for a lighter lunch. Brilliant service from Paul. Ate outside as we took the dog. Majes a change to have the weather on our side. Lovely venue.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkI booked a table for my friend & I to meet up for tea as a last minute treat. There was good availability for 6pm dining. It was quick & easy to book online. Our food arrived promptly & we weren’t disappointed. We will definitely be back
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallVery nice indeed, great service and lovely venue had drinks starters and mains, the only thing I could say could have been better was that the batter of the chicken bites tasted like it was old oil, but please don't let that put you off... I would go again A*
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyValue for money, staff very attentive, decor lovely, don't miss a goodnight out
Papa Luigis – Chorleygreeted as we arrived and sat down, very friendly staff and attentive. The food was really lovely

Quattro’s – OrmskirkLovely pub with great atmosphere, greeted by a lovely waitress called Charlie nothing was a bother asked for our order with in minutes the drinks were with us and not long after piping hot delicious food the burger was beyond what expected, I had the pulled lamb cabitta which just melted in u mouth. Will recommend to anyone to go and try. Great village pub!!!!!
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyFood was fantastic. Best we've had out of all our visits. The prawn and scallop risotto was outstanding. Not cheap but good value for money. Restaurant was really busy so a bit noisy and parking was difficult. None of which would out us off coming again.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkHave eaten here a few times in the past and enjoyed it. Booked a Table for 3, prior for 7pm, it was the earliest time available. Shown to our seat. Would have all liked the beef dinner. On ordering, told no beef dinner or lasagna left, so had to rethink our choices. We ordered 3 courses. My Morrocan lamb was quite bland and not worth the money but the other meals we ordered were enjoyed.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallHad lunch with a friend on Thursday 20th March. The food and the service at Quattros is second to none. I absolutely love it here. They never rush you and it’s always a pleasure!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWent for a Sunday roast dinner, and we both had fish cake starters, they were lovely, tasty and a good size. The main event was Roast beef served with carrot, parsnips, broccoli, red cabbage, roast and mashed potatoes with a fresh Yorkshire pudding on top. The meat was a generous portion and tasted great. Highly recommended.
Wagon and Horses – LancasterAmazing Sunday roast (beef) with fab accompaniments and a side of cauliflower cheese. Best roast dinner at a pub/ for many years.
