Griffins Head Bar and Grill – AccringtonNot been in since the conversion. WOW! Rather than just a pub, the place now feels like a high end bistro. Beautifully finished. We had a nice meal, the staff were pleasant and the play list was amazing - just right. We will definitely be back.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallOur first visit, having had the restaurant recommended to us. It was everything that our friends had told us. A beautiful setting, attractive layout and a lovely atmosphere. The menu could only be described as extensive, making choices just that little bit more difficult. The service was quick and efficient and the food of a very high standard. All five of us thoroughly enjoyed the evening, and we will certainly come back again.
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyNo problems slight wait for table even after booking but the rest perfect. Enjoyed
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenAbsolutely gorgeous tapas which was a taste sensation! Every dish was cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend Bread & Butter!
Bread and Butter – PrestonGreat food as always with a good range of choice for meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan diners . The tuna carpaccio for starter and monk fish for mains were both superb plus an extensive wine list. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff - we will be back soon
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe booked for half 4 on a Sunday, warm welcome and good table, the only let down was we were both looking forward to chicken, but they had run out! I had to have the vegan option as don’t eat red meat, which was ok, my husband had to have lamb, which again was ok. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonSuch a wonderful meal…incredibly delicious roast dinner. Would highly recommend and already have to friends / family. Friendly, attentive staff…cannot rate you highly enough. Already planning another visit. Thank you.
Bread and Butter – PrestonSunday Lunch The food was really nice and well presented. Staff were friendly and accommodating however, service was very slow . Overall it was a good experience.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenGreat service and lovely food. Only disappointment was given the bill of £140 approx but when I went to pay it increased by £10 due to someone not putting extras on! Maybe they should be double checked before giving to the customer as it's expensive enough
Papa Luigis – ChorleyWe had a fabulous Sunday dinner. The food was perfection, as was the service. We didn’t have starters as the mains were so substantial but they looked amazing. The deserts were wonderful too. We will be back soon.
Bread and Butter – PrestonExcellent food and good service. An enjoyable experience.
The Whitchaff Inn – Rawtenstallan excellent meal as always at Quatros. We have been numerous times and always freshly cooked full of flavour and attractively served by friendly staff. Will come again many times.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkExcellent food and good service
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyExcellent service and food in a lovely country pub/restaurant. We have visited the Lunesdale Arms on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Our thanks to all the team, both front of house and behind the scenes for making every trip so enjoyable.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleAmazing food, lovely atmosphere with wonderful staff. Such a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon with family. Thank you.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallTurned sour when revealed heart attack victims need to honour deposit despite large bill Do not leave a deposit for this place. We booked for 11 for a family meal and unfortunately 1 member of my family who was travelling 230 miles to attend had a heart problem and was admitted to hospital via A&E . Despite notice and a restaurant that was not full they retained as a penalty £40 for the 4 members who could not travel. I understand the need for deposits to avoid cancellation but this was in addition to the meals we paid for the remainder 8 attendees. Outrageous...
