We have eaten here a few times and have also been in just for a drink and to the Sunday night quiz. The atmosphere is always excellent with friendly staff and customers. The food is good quality and tasty, served piping hot as should be. Although not exactly local to us we will continue to visit wherever we can.
Trawden Arms – ColneBeen dining at Verdes for many years now and never been disappointed. Food is consistently good and reasonably priced. It can get a bit noisy at weekends but that is part of the atmosphere. Early bird offers are good value and the pizzas are always my favourite!

Griffins Head Bar and Grill – AccringtonNot been in since the conversion. WOW! Rather than just a pub, the place now feels like a high end bistro. Beautifully finished. We had a nice meal, the staff were pleasant and the play list was amazing - just right. We will definitely be back.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallOur first visit, having had the restaurant recommended to us. It was everything that our friends had told us. A beautiful setting, attractive layout and a lovely atmosphere. The menu could only be described as extensive, making choices just that little bit more difficult. The service was quick and efficient and the food of a very high standard. All five of us thoroughly enjoyed the evening, and we will certainly come back again.

Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe booked for half 4 on a Sunday, warm welcome and good table, the only let down was we were both looking forward to chicken, but they had run out! I had to have the vegan option as don’t eat red meat, which was ok, my husband had to have lamb, which again was ok. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful
