We dine here regularly and are never disappointed with the food, the service and the friendliness of the staff.

Amazingly varied range of absolutely delicious food, with plenty of vegan and veggie options. Attentive service and welcoming staff. It was a Tuesday evening, so a little quiet when we went, but we had a lovely evening nevertheless.

A lovely welcome, great seating, a very extensive menu, and absolutely the very best service, so friendly and accommodating, it was a pleasure to dine at Raph’s lounge,will definitely go again.

Hull is super lucky to have Food for Cowboys. From the welcome to the drinks, food to the service, it was all beyond our expectations (and they were high thanks to friends who’d already raved about their visit). The host was attentive, knowledgable and warm. The spicy marg was the best I’ve ever had. The food was incredible. And the whole Place had a buzz about it. Cannot wait to return.

We visited this restaurant with another couple ad we all loved the decor and ambiance of the restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We all would definitely visit the Restaurant again and would highly recommend it. First class experience.

Dinner for two for a birthday celebration. Little Sicily is small, cozy, excellent staffed and the kitchen conjures up fantastic aromas and plates of lovely food. The specials menu is small but well created and the main menu doesn't overwhelm. There are plenty of choices for folks looking for anything Italian. Anything with their house tomato sauce will be ridiculously delicious! The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks list - giving recommendations when asked. We had house wine by the glass so we could try the different ones - all well curated and go so well with the food; just house a house wine should compliment. The prices are reasonable and it is well worth a visit. You will need to book because it is popular but this is a real gem in Bridlington.

We visited Little Sicily on Saturday to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful time. Although small, the restaurant is well set out and nicely decorated with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed and received great service from polite, helpful, competent staff. Our food was served promptly and was delicious. We couldn't recommend Little Sicily enough and will definitely be returning. What a hidden gem!

An excellent meal. The restaurant was busy when we were there, service was good and the waiting staff were attentive. Will return on our next visit to Skipton.

Booked a table for 3 for the lunch sitting. Food was excellent, sizeable portions. I ordered the jumbo fish and chips and received a whale! The only downside was the service. The initial greeting was more of a grimace. We didn't feel very welcome. We had to ask twice for condiments before anyone brought them. We ordered a pot of tea and 2 white coffees. We got 2 black coffees and the tea with 1 tiny jug of milk between the 3. We had to ask for more milk which was met with another grimace. Maybe the staff were having an off day but it was enough for me to think twice about coming back.

Myself and the family went for evening meal, the food was great, and the service second to none, didn't find it easy in reading the menu, is was quite dark, also reading how it was put on paper wasn't easy either. We would go back but we all said we would go online i think to see what to have next time.

I booked a table for 10 for a family meal Sunday teatime. We had a lovey long table with plenty of room. The food was really good with the majority of us going for the roast. We were kept going with extra veg and gravy all round,Puds were fab too. Everything brought at the same time lovely and hot no one kept waiting. Excellent service would definitely go again.

Great Sunday Lunch

Had yet another fabulous meal at the Craven Arms. Always feel very welcomed, staff are friendly and attentive. Lovely restaurant area with views over open fields, good space between tables. Great menu , with a variety of dishes, excellent portion sizes and great tasting, quality food. Definitely recommend.

We came for our son’s 14th birthday on 22nd March (his choice). There were 7 of us with a range of ages. So sorry we didn’t get our main servers name; guy with the fisherman’s hat on. He was so friendly and welcoming. We thought he went above and beyond for our son, chatting to him, and making him feel special. Thank you for that, you were so kind. The food as always was delicious. We had Sunday lunches and a sharing platter. Huge portions and so tasty. Drinks were reasonably priced and wine was tasty as was the mocktail and fruit soda. You can’t beat a pint of red stripe either! The music was good and the atmosphere inviting and vibey. Will see you again for sure. Thank you team Roots, 100% recommended!
