Excellent as usual - great to see soufflé and halibut back on the menu

We had a lovely lunch with my cousin a couple of weeks ago,so came back yesterday , lovely staff and excellent food .

Our meal was lovely. Fantastic food Staff were amazing Would highly recommend The Plough Inn such a friendly atmosphere. Charlotte was amazing as always. Booked on line so easy to do .

What a great experience!!! The venue is beautiful and in beautiful surrounding, can't wait to visit in the summer. Staff were extremely friendly and there was no rush or pressure at all. Thank you so much.

First time of visiting this cafe. The food was lovely as were the staff. Sitting out in the lovely sunshine was a bonus. Will certainly be going again.

We visit every couple of weeks & the welcome is always a genuine smile. Food here is excellent - there is really not a bad choice on the menu. Always piping hot & beautifully cooked.

We recently visited the restaurant for lunch. The food quality, customer service and atmosphere is always excellent. We particularly like the friendly welcome and delicious home cooked food. The value for money is always good

Beautiful afternoon tea. The service was excellent served by a young woman who was very attentive. The food was amazing and the scones were still warm from the oven.

Extremely impressed with this restaurant the service was absolutely superb. The food was fabulous although I don’t think I’ve picked the best thing for me so would go back again and have something else. I wouldn’t normally spend this much on a meal out, although would definitely come again for a special occasion

Fantastic place to go. We booked online only about 1/2 hour before our visit. 2 lovely ladies greeted us and the service was excellent throughout. Can thoroughly recommend the Wexford steak, delicious and just melted in your mouth. The Wet Nelly rounded off our meal beautifully. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Booked a table online which was really easy to do. Our party of 5 included a vegan and a pescatarian so we often struggle with places for us all to eat outside a city centre. However we were very impressed with the menu at the Plough. There were choices for all of our group. The food arrived altogether after a short wait and everyone was impressed with their meals. Lovely and hot and incredibly tasty. There were even desserts that we were all able to enjoy. Our server even went to check with the kitchen that one of our choices was vegan, which it was. Overall we had a fantastic time. The restaurant itself had a lovely atmosphere and was very clean. The servers were all very cheery too. Our food was delicious and very well priced and we will definitely be booking again.

Only booked as a last minute early evening meal but what can I say fantastic food , totally recommended Steak and Pudding......very friendly staff I have no faults and definitely will return

Average at best. Service slow, staff not attentive Food average: nachos soggy, burger lacking in taste Busy and atmosphere was good
