My friend and I met for lunch. We both enjoyed our food choices and the service was warm and friendly and the atmosphere cosy. Just what we needed for our catchup. We are both non-meat eaters, so we would have preferred more options for vegetarian/pescatarian salads/poke bowls.

Sadly we had to cancel our table on the day. Despite this, I received a polite and prompt response to thank me for letting them know. This level of politeness and customer service will definitely mean that we will book again very soon. I’m gutted to have missed out on my first visit, but will be visiting very soon.

I’ve been going to Pacinos for about 30 years and it never fails to impress, in fact I should go more often. Last night we had a party of 11 for my wife’s birthday. The service was attentive and friendly, the food was superb quality, and the prices very reasonable (it worked out about £25 per head including drinks). It’s a great little place with a lovely atmosphere and I thoroughly recommend it.

Catered very well for a Ramblers group of 23. Very efficient service at agreed time. Food generally enjoyed. I found even the Small beef overfacing in quantity and chunkyiness.

Excellent Sunday lunch, generous portions, well prepared and served. Friendly helpful staff without being over attentive. Quality Robinsons ales, especially good to have Old Tom on the pumps.

Visited 2/11/2025 with friends for Sunday dinner. 2 off us had the roast beef, 1 had pork, 1 had turkey. All meals were superb. Hot,tasty and plentiful. Staff friendly and attentive.lovely ambience definitely will be returning

Lovely food and service, definitely recommend

While visiting family in the area, I visited The Plough twice. On the first occasion we’d planned to go elsewhere but hadn’t booked , so on arrival they couldn’t accommodate our party. We then decided to try the Plough. On arrival it was busy but we were welcomed and without any fuss they placed tables together. so we could all sit together. Service was good and the food was too. There was a special offer on the day we visited which we all took advantage of. The second visit was three days later, with a different group. On this occasion I booked. I did find the booking system slightly confusing as the timings were in EET, so when I received the booking confirmation it was 2 hours ahead of the actual booking time. The visit was very pleasant though and we all enjoyed our meals . The pub is in a lovely situation with an large car park. I would definitely visit again when in the area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but there appeared to be only 2 on duty at 1:00 on a Tuesday. I had liver and bacon, not often on pub menus ,it was very good. ladies toilets were in excellent decorative order. The chairs in the dining areas were comfortable but very heavy to move.

This is a real gem and has amazing food quality - we have made this our regular stop off and look forward to trying out the breakfast menu as well. There was a delay for the food but I’m happy to wait for quality

food was excellent and the atmosphere was very good. Staff were nice but at one point we wanted extra drinks but the staff were no where to be seen. In the end I got up and went to the bar myself. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t as it was midweek. Apart from that I’d happily go back. Everything else was excellent
