As always the service, food and atmosphere outstanding. We go regularly and not once have we been disappointed.

Absolutely lovely food excellent staff couldn't do enough for us and so polite. I will be celebrating my 60th birthday in August and definitely be booking with you there will be 9 family members how far in advance can we book . Many thanks cathy.

Serves spot on lovely people food very hot cook very well there chips are second to none and your plate is not half empty like some will be back

I visited with a friend booking ahead for an early lunch .Delicious food and lovely staff. I can't wait for the better weather so I can visit again and sit outside in the sunny countyard.

Excellent evening spent in a vibrant atmosphere. Staff extremely attentive but not pushy, very helpful when toying with what to eat. The food was served quickly and we were asked when we would be ready before our main courses, not pushy at all. Was able to to enjoy our food in our own time, which in itself was impeccable and well presented. A good night and looking forward to returning

Was really good ordered beef dirty fries, chicken come, mess up in kitchen pushed for time said no problem take chicken, which was nice, but no compliments what so ever but still....

We went for Sunday lunch was busy. Staff were attentive. The food was really good got loads. I really wanted a dessert but was too full. We will be back.

Great service, the lady who served us was lovely, we had a voucher for afternoon tea off Groupon and it’s was really tasty. Would purchase again and highly recommend!

5 of us had an excellent meal at the Plough last night. The fish and chips were really good but the tray baked pie was the star of the show, full of tender chunky beef with a great tasting gravy. The atmosphere was spoiled by a table of noisy elderly people who were out for a good time.

Returned on Sunday afternoon after visiting during the christmas break. This time we brought my dad and both adult sons. We all enjoyed a lovely afternoon. Our food orders varied from burger to Sunday roast. The food was lovely, presented well and my sons were very happy with the portion size. Staff were attentive and pleasant. A nice bonus was the 25% discount leaflet we remembered to take with us.

Booked for Sunday Lunch. Meal was delicious and definitely one of the tastiest pub meals we have had for a long time.
