Lewis’s Bistro – GrasmereBooked a table on the Friday 25th March for my wife and myself, we had the olive and bread starter which was lovely , we both had the Fillet steak, which was fantastic and melted in your mouth , the service was great and staff really friendly and nice , all i can say is it was that good we went back again on the Saturday , and had another really nice meal , for me this is the best eating place in Grasmere ,other places we tried were over expensive and the food quality and service didnt get anywhere near Lewis Bistro. Keep up the good work guys and see you all again soon .

We almost cancelled on reading more up to date poor reviews but read between the lines and decided to proceed with the booking. So glad we did! The staff were welcoming, the food and wine delicious and we left the restaurant saying it was the best meal we’d had in a long time. We will definitely return if in the area in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.
