Had a lovely work meal there lastnight. Food was beautiful. Everyone had empty plates. Recommend the pizza. Nice atmosphere and staff.

This was our third time at your bistro, the first two times were excellent, unfortunately this time was very poor, my wife ordered a fillet steak, which was the smallest steak she has ever had, but tasted really nice, but the veg was dry and tasteless, the peas were cooked to an inch or there lives, and also a poor looking salad was there too, fries were served and were like bread sticks. Most over the meal looked like it was from frozen packages. Sorry about this, but I have bragged about how good your bistro is, but unfortunately this time was very disappointing

First visit & would definitely return a second time. Food was delicious & staff very friendly and helpful

Excellent service, a good amount of choice on the menu and varied we had the Ballotine of chicken and the belly pork both were very tasty and well presented. Also a good atmosphere in the restaurant we would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I were gifted afternoon tea for two. I looked at the reviews of the various venues and Augill Castle's was by far the best. We were not disappointed. The lady owner went out of her way to organise the experience for us. The food and service was excellent and the venue so interesting. All staff were very hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you to all at Augill Castle.

We visited on the 27th and 28th October. Both meals where lovely. The staff where very helpful and the restaurant was very tastefully decorated with a lovely atmosphere. Just one complaint the sticky toffee pudding sauce was boiling hot and I have been left with a very burnt mouth. I wish I had been told!!

We have been coming here for at least 15 years when it was Sarah’s bistro and we still love the place and will continue to dine here. Unfortunately on this occasion the fillet steak at best was a sirloin steak and the chicken that my wife had was very dry but we all have bad day’s so here’s to the next time.

What an excellent evening. Lovely, friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. Couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Superb food too. SOO god to have such delicious and creative vegetarian food available as well as lovely stuff for the regular meat-eaters.

We have loved the food and atmosphere here for years before lockdown and have never been disappointed. Absolutely delicious food and service is second to none. We have lived on take outs throughoot lockdown and they always arrived on the dot and piping hot. Returned to the restaurant on Saturday for first sit down meal in 18 months. Absolutely gorgeous both food,staff and service Well Worth a visit.cannot recommend enough

Whilst a comprehensive review has been posted on Trip Advisor, we would say in brief the restaurant was cosy with a cute ambience, the food exceptional and the Manager Heather was delightful in that she went out of her way for my wife and our friends. A great night for us in this facility.

Six of us dined at Lewis’s on a Tuesday evening. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals - they were delicious, beautifully presented and plentiful. The staff were very friendly. Cannot fault anything about Lewis’s- highly recommend.

We had a lovely meal here on a Saturday evening. Both had the ballotine of Chicken and shared the cheese board for afters. Lovely food and equally good service.
