Would highly recommend The Two Hares for great food at any time of the day. The 24 hour beef ragu was amazing. I had this as a main course. The crumpets and mushroom pate were perfect. The waiting staff were friendly and welcoming and were happy to explain the menu. We will definitely return. I would add that it is very reasonably priced. There is a grest choice of cocktails.

We had a lovely meal on Wednesday 31st December, I had gammon which was huge, my friend had the fish and the other the lamb pie we all enjoyed it the staff are very friendly and considering they were a chef short in the kitchen the meals weren't delayed and the service was prompt. We also had dessert which was lovely.

Myself and my fiance came here early evening on New years eve. We had the Chateaubriand and it was cooked to perfection. The waiting staff were attentive and friendly and the atmosohere was warm & cozy. Will 100% return.

One of the nicest places we have eaten in a few years- food was all made locally, great selection of drinks, attentive staff and a great ambiance- really enjoyed our visit and we will return. Not cheap but you feel the price covered the experience
