The Hapton Inn – BurnleyWe arrived slightly early but were seated straight away. Service was spot on, we were really well looked after. Lovely varied menu. Food was served very quickly, was piping hot and delicious. We both had dessert which is unusual for me, my pavlova was divine and my friend said her mint choc meringue was the best dessert ever. We will be back.

Danielle nd her staff are to be commended for their attentionto detail and helpful nature. Evn the drive up there was very nice, the scenery very impressive. Take a moment to pay them a visit. it may be some time before I get to go there again, as I live 200 miles away, but it was worth it.

Steak way over cooked , mushrooms cold, onion rings swimming in greese, blue cheese sauce came out half way through our meal as did my partners chips, and the burger he ordered was not what was given to him. To pay £70 for a meal and not enjoy one bit of it and the waiting staff seamed panicked when it was just us 2 in there made us feel uncomfortable too the food was left and the wine was not drunk, I settled for cooking myself when we got home. I did bring this up and got told i would be contacted and not heard anything. Not what we expected after our first experience.

Quattro’s – OrmskirkHad a great meal at the Dog Inn, excellent staff and service . Wife went for fish and chips and was a perfect portion and everything cooked to perfection . I went for the Beef Tacos from the special menu and they were awesome, really well cooked and tasty. Would also definitley recommend the chicken wings on the starters menu but starter and main require a big appetite..... love the vibe in this pub and background music creates a really good atmosphere will definitley be back.

The main problem was that I had viewed your online menu and almost decided what I was going to have to eat.on arriving and viewing your in house menu I was totally disappointed to find no gammon meals on the menu.I would suggest updating your online menus if I had known that I could have gone to the brink and got what I wanted instead I am not the kind of person to walk out and go elsewhere instead I made do with fish and chips that I could have got from chippy at half price.

Rileys Loft – ChorleyReally enjoyed our evening in Riley's. Great food, the chicken liver pate being a particular highlight. The wine selections are good and varied in a something for everyone way. We had a bottle of Margaux (we were celebrating) and it was fantastic. The music level is ideal, you can conduct a conversation without having to shout ,the staff are friendly and the place has a nice vibe. We will go again.
