Fabulous Breakfast !!!! We visited on 31st of May to try the new breakfast menu. We both opted for the Chorizo Scrambled Eggs and they were fabulous. A good sized breakfast that was tasty and left us both ready for the day ahead. The staff were lovely and we will be back

Usually great food but not as good this time. Jacket potato was lukewarm and lots of the lettuce had black on it.

Amazing food! A great selection on the menu, my third time coming here and I’ll definitely be coming back. Friendly staff, a lovely atmosphere and the added bonus of the views of the local countryside! A great place to stop after a walk in the hills for a pint and some food. Would definitely recommend.

Our go to place in Chorley. Love the platters. Wine flights are a great idea. Great atmosphere

Great atmosphere, amazing food, and top-notch service.

We’ve been to CDJ several times before for dinner and Sunday lunch. This latest visit on Friday was for the new Breakfast offering. Both myself and my friend hand the ‘Full English’ and it was absolutely delicious with some very nice touches that elevated it from the norm, including a piece of pork belly aswell as bacon, a delicious sun blush tomato and a very moreish home made hash brown sat on a big wedge of sourdough with plenty of proper salted butter. Will be back for more!

Food was superb, service was superb, would highly recommend for breakfast.

We had lunch on Wednesday and made use of the 3 for £20 offer. Great value and fantastic food. The service was great. We were even moved to a bigger table to accommodate my grandson in his pram. Nothing was too much trouble. Throughly enjoyable.

Lovely meal & evening at Verdes. Always enjoyable to dine there.

Been to Verdes a number of times this year during midweek. Last visit on a Wednesday it was very busy but good service when ordering drinks and food. I had a season bass from the specials menu. Cooked to perfection, very good portion size. My partner had a scampi ravioli which was again cooked perfect and good portion size. Definitely return again all the staff are very good. Very busy atmosphere without being too loud.

Lovely restaurant. The food was delicious as always. Husband had the beef stroganoff was a bit expensive but he said it was worth it. Service great too
