We booked the table for 8 of us, 2 families as we do every Christmas Eve. We have been following this tradition for many years, but this year we felt a little let down.....no crackers and no breadsticks, little personal service, no parmesan or black pepper offered... when we looked round other tables had these items. I asked a waitress about the lack of crackers and she said they had run out. As all tables are pre booked surely you know how many you will be serving? We just felt a little disappointed. Food was still amazing!

Had an excellent Christmas day meal, food was first rate , only complaint the portions were too big! smaller plates would have been better , but the staff and food were excellent , many thanks!

Usual excellent service and tasty food. We were even accommodated when we asked to change tables to fit friends in.

Excellent Risotto and Mexicana garlic bread. Chefs serve delicious , well presented food thats always hot. Service is very efficient and friendly. I wish I could eat here everyday!

Another great visit to Site. Great atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff and fantastic pizzas. We'll be back again soon.

First the positives: Service was very good. Our waiter was helpful and courteous and if it was just the service I was scoring it would be 5 out of 5. However, the food wasn’t brilliant and the restaurant was short of some of the kids basics (fries & beans). To be fair the food was edible just lacked taste and I was asked if everything was ok but didn’t want to complain as I was out treating my young grandchildren.

Service was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Food was well presentation and didn’t disappoint. We thought it was very good value for money.

Fab building in the heart of Lancaster for an Indian restaurant! The interior lent itself to the setting. Service was great, food excellent, with a great choice of classic and traditional dishes. We went on a wet Monday night in December so the restaurant was naturally quiet hence a slightly lower score on the atmosphere, but nevertheless we will return definitely!

Easy to book with great staff accomadating a late request. Good food with a great selection of beers to wet the appetite. See you soon

We went to the Traders on Christmas Eve, booked the christmas menu and the food was absolutely delicious! Service was fantastic too. There was a singer on, which really added to the atmosphere, we will be back!

Absolutely out of this world. The food was Devine, best meal we have ever had. We loved how open the kitchen was the decor was really stunning too with the outdoor space and glass roof. I have not enjoyed a meal out so much in a long time. I cannot wait to return. The bread was freshly baked and the chips were to die for.

Delicious and excellent service as always, we love Maxy Farm - great for all ages and the food is fab and often local produce. Merry Christmas and we look forward to eating with you again!
