Molly our waitress was lovely and very helpful. The wild boar scotch egg was unreal. Highly recommend the mussels. The fish pie, and the mixed grill were sensational. We never have a bad meal here.

We visited for the first time last night and it’s going to be on our regular places to eat locally. The decor is really good and it felt a good atmosphere and nice and busy. We received a warm welcome from the lady behind the bar and the servers were also very good and all smartly dressed. The food was good and excellent value - we all had a starter and main, along with a bottle of wine and a few beers for £155 (five people). Overall a great experience!

We regularly go to south planks & love it! The food is delicious, lots of healthy options if you want them & great cakes too. The staff always make you feel welcome & are friendly & efficient. Best cafe!

We absolutely love this wonderful little restaurant. The best place to eat out in Clitheroe. The food is absolutely delicious with great portions and excellent value for money. Service is always excellent. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
