The food and the service was excellent, will definitely be back

Lovely early Mother’s Day meal, service was excellent, food came out hot and fresh. We choose 3 dishes each which was plenty, my only slight negative was the price, over £100 for 3 of us with only 1 alcoholic drink. It would put me off going again even although everything else was really good.

Lovely staff and delicious food with fresh vegetables. The portions are large which is a shame as I don't like to waste food but couldn't manage it all. Maybe some smaller portions would work.

Our second visit and both have been with different friends. All thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere (we were not a bit cold"!!!!) and we enjoyed the food. Both times have been steak and date night. Must try something different (and not because we didn't like the food but I want to try something different) We will be back and I am a sure our friends will be as well, with or without us. Highly recommended

I absolutely love this restaurant. It’s a treat every time. Bloomin delicious cheese soufflé for me and ginger Parkin and rhubarb for pud. Can’t wait to come back

Yet again an excellent high quality, high value meal at The Station, Steak pie superb as were the haddock goujons.. Friendly and attentive staff who fully deserved the 12.5% tip. regards to all Nigel Bates

I was very unpleasant when they said that they don't have hot drinks, a simple tea. I ordered a juice in which there was only color, the rest was ice water. For the main menu we waited too long to get it. I'm not going back again.

Lovely pub with excellent views. Very cosy, and plenty of seating, inside and out. The food was absolutely first class, as was the service. Staff very attentive, but not overbearing. Background music was pleasantly varied. Good selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Treat yourself...you will love it. Harry

First visit to The Lunesdale Arms. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and all the staff were friendly and efficient. Food was lovely, especially the venison pie with mash and veg. Proper pub food done really well. Will definitely visit again.
