I dined at verdes last night with my mum and family for a later Mother’s Day meal, booked my table for 6:30 and only got seated at 6:50 considering there where many tables available on top of this the service was appalling it took us 30 minutes after this to even be asked what we would like for food and it just seemed like the staff could not deal with the amount of people in the restaurant and ended up making what should of been an enjoyable meal a not so

We have always enjoyed the food here and the staff are very good (perhaps a little stretched at the moment). A little of the specialness and variety has gone out of the food/menu if I compare to pre-COVID meals, but we still happily make the trip out of Lancaster to eat here.

Had an excellent Sunday roast and enjoyed a lovely Mother's Day afternoon here. The service was great and the pub is friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is my go to for lunch, I always get the deli bowl, always so tasty and fresh. I love how this is changed often for the variety. Cakes are always so delicious too. Even better they are dog friendly and have treats and water available for free :)

Living near by the Pantry is an easy option and have seen the Pantry evolve since opening. Food and service is always great and always a pleasant experience.

Absolutely amazing food! We had the yorkie board and could not fault it. It was Delish!!!!! Our waitress was lovely and of course lenny was lovely as always!!

We had a meal on Thursday 7th March , I had the sirloin steak my wife had the sea bass, both meals was very nice , the only complaint was we both found the restaurant to be cold, the two people on the next table also said the same, all the radiators cold, I did ask the waitress if it was possible to put the heating on, she did say she would see, but to no avail . Saying that we will be returning there in the near future .

We went for the afternoon tea and it was absolutely wonderful. Service was great and the food was lovely. Will definitely be returning soon!

Wonderful early evening meal at A'vucciria! Food was delicious... particularly the chickpea fritters!!! Staff very friendly and accommodating....fabulous, vibrant atmosphere!

Me and my mum booked for mothers day and it was our first time dining here. Safe to say I will definitely be booking again. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful
