It was my first visit and went with a friend for lunch. The food was lovely but we were rushed to leave. We were not offered anything else after we finished our main and were asked to leave in 5 minutes! We were in there for one hour and had hoped to have a bit longer for another drink and maybe a dessert. We have tried all the places to eat in Penwortham and this was first times we were rushed.

I found the staff to be apathetic, and the preparation of my daughter's starter was done by a man on his mobile who didn't wash his hands or have any apron , gloves or hat on. We also found the proportions of our food very minimal and somewhat cold. The price was quite extortionate for what we had. No help was given regarding what was on the menu.
