The Shepherds Rest Inn – Todmorden5 star!
Bread and Butter – PrestonFood, staff and atmosphere were fantastic as always. We love the specials!
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallMy son and I visit quiet often and have found that It can be a bit hit or miss. It can be exceptionally good but can also be quite poor. This time was a poor time. My halloumi cheers dish was burnt and my sons grilled fillet of seabass was full of bones. If it had been our first time there we would not be going back. We've decided to give it a rest for a while and try elsewhere. My son did inform the waitress about the bones but all he got was an apology sent from the kitchen.
Papa Luigis – ChorleySat eve tapas. Excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend. No complaints from 5 adults all with a varying palette
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe arrived a little bit before the time we were booked in and were shown to the booth as we had requested on our booking. The food was delicious. The staff were efficient and friendly. The atmosphere was far too noisy for us - we couldn’t hear each other speak. The service was a bit mixed up in that we received mixed bread and oil part way through the meal and a cold dish at the end of the meal when all the other dishes were finished. We understand that dishes are served when they are ready but would expect the cold dishes to appear first? We had a lovely meal but didn’t spend as much time as we usually do having a meal because we could not have a chat with our friends at the table.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallExcellent food and service. The sauce on the Linguine Pescatore was superb.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkThe food was excellent
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallOur first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere. We will certainly be back.
Siena – RossendaleBest place in the town for brunch! Can't beat it!
Bread and Butter – PrestonMy partner told me about this Place. Never been or heard of it before, but went as a one off. absolutely brilliant. Great staff, excellent food. Fresh. And good portions!. Definitely worth the money. Well presented. Went with my eldest lad first time he's fussy, loved it,he had fish and chips,he said the fish is the best he's tasted. Batter crispy. Went with my eldest and youngest the youngest love it he had steak and said it was perfect. Now for him to say that says it all! (Foodie) I had steak don't eat often but was perfect. I have also had mince onion pie. Best pie I have tasted.
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyLovely food great prices and service. Thank you.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyVisited Verde's last night with my two children and mum. My daughter has a gluten free diet and staff were happy to accommodate. Food was delicious as always and the atmosphere lovely. Great value for money. Will be back soon
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleySuperb restaurant. We had a fabulous evening meal at the Lunesdale Arms. There were 6 of us and every one of agreed that it was probably one of the best meals we've had and good value, so much so, our friends booked again for the next evening....sadly we had to go home that day, so missed out. The young lady that served us was so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for her, even though she was alone serving. We look forward to dining there again when next in the area. We loved it!
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleI have been to the pub about 5 times and had an excellent meal on every occasion. The premise. is clean and has a good atmosphere. On all the occasions the staff have been very professional and friendly. I would recommend anyone to visit and have a meal.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWhat can I say? Amazing authentic Turkish cuisine - hot, tasty and fresh. All 6 in our party loved the food. Great service too. Best restaurant in town!
