Had mid week dinner at The Elephant Crossing and it was lovely. The restaurant was a little quiet but I imagine it’s so much busier on the weekend. The lady who served us was really lovely, and the food was incredible! We over ordered between the two of us but it was delicious. Really huge portions for the price. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

The Bull – ShrewsburyWe have had a couple of Sunday lunches at the Swan. Not only was the Manager and his staff delightful, but also, the food has been excellent. I have had worse Sunday lunches from 'posh' pubs costing far more. However, that's not to say that the Swan isn't a beautiful place in which to eat.....it very much is. Views of the River and a lovely, rustic and characterful interior coupled with a great atmosphere and plenty of good beers! On a wet Monday night, we had a family meal for my wife's Birthday. The food was again wonderfully cooked and presented and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive.

My husband had the steak and said it was amazing. And prices were very reasonable considering the quality. Service was quick and friendly. We had an amazing night and we’ll 100% come again.

My children like very different food and its not always easy to find a pub/restaurant that suits everyone in the family...... but The Smokey Cow always delivers. The food is well priced and there is a good selection or beer/lager at the bar. It's dog friendly too, making it a real family favourite.

The Smokey Cow – TelfordReally good food which was delicious although it did take some time for them to come and take our order - other tables' orders were taken first even though we'd arrived before them. Most of the staff were good but there was one or two who were a bit mumbly and not very lively. The atmosphere and decor in the pub could have been better (in the downstairs bit).
