Beautiful, delicious food and lovely environment . I had the duck which was just perfect. My husband had the fish and chips and a cheesecake which was also really great. Welcoming, friendly staff. Highly recommend. We also stayed over in the Garden view room. Freshly redecorated it was an amazing room with views out towards the river. We'll definitely return.

The Smokey Cow – TelfordWe had Sunday lunch and it was lovely. We were earlier getting there, and were seated straight away. The decor was lovely, but it was a bit hard to read the menu’s in the darker lighting. There were lots of choices and we were offered a drink straight away. When we received the food, it was a very generous portion and excellent quality. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was also right on the Main Street through ironbridge, very close to a car park. It also had it’s own car park to the side.

I had a seabass which was very nice but as I ve said was quite small. My partner had beef bourganoiur which was very good and also a good portion.

My partner had the curry with messy fries and they just came out like cheap looking oven chips with a small bit of sauce on top. And they also came out way after the meal itself did. The service was poor, they forgot our second round of drinks and the staff were not very experienced. They were polite and doing thier best but not well trained and also very casually dressed in hoodies and trainers. To be honest I’d heard good reviews and was expecting more.
