The food was really tasty, the staff were lovely - welcoming & friendly - & the service was spot on. We both had 3 of the small plates & a pudding, all of which were delicious. We'll definitely be returning.

There was a good variety on the menu, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was excellent throughout the visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were happy to answer questions and ensured everything was running smoothly. In terms of value for money, Hope & Anchor offers a great balance of quality and price. The food, service, and overall atmosphere make it well worth the cost. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience and would happily visit again. You need to book in advance.

Un fortunately the last night something went wrong,our food was unfortunately not upto their usual standard.Never the less we will dine there again and hope that this was a one of. We would always recommend the Pheasent Inn.
