we really enjoyed it - the venue and the food are lovely. The service was just a tad slow, we had to re-request a couple of things but all the team were lovely

CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenWe availed ourselves of the Steak night offer, and as we had not eaten earlier in the day so we decided to book in at The Lunesdale for a late lunch/early dinner at 5 O'clock. We used the online booking which was simple and fuss free, a great bonus. The meal itself was accompanied by a bottle of superb Prosecco, and the Steak main course was preceded by our favourites of Crispy Squid, with sweet chilli sauce and cauliflower fritters, both of which were delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food, great staff, fabulous decor and the overall experience is first rate. The steaks were accompanied with pepper sauce and a salad just to our liking were very tasty and a generous portion. The service was first rate as always, with attentive staff and together with the fantastic decor, added to the overall ambience to make our evening most pleasurable. and one we most certainly intend to repeat very soon. Thank you so much for providing the high level of consistency, quality of food, friendliness of staff and creating a great dining experience that confirms your position of one of the very best places ( in fact our favourite) in the locality to spend an evening. Many thanks Kev and Maria
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleGreat atmosphere, but the food is the star. Absolutely delicious and perfect portion sizes. Love it at Papa Luigis.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyFirst time visit on a Thursday. We had the steak and wine offer which considering the size and quality of the steak was great value. The standard menu looks great and they now offer a Wellington night on a Wednesday, which may well be our next visit. In any case we’ve booked for a small group Xmas gathering in December. Can’t wait to return.
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenExcellent food well worth a visit
The Traders Arms – BlackburnLovely food and great service like always.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyMy favourite breakfast please, service is outstanding, foods lovely, I will be back!
Bread and Butter – PrestonWent on recommendation of person who dines out a lot. Not disappointed. Food was fabulous, we had six tapas but five would have been enough. Extremely good value. Loved the music, it did not intrude on conversation. We can’t wait to return
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenThe food and staff were exceptional has always but not happy I couldn’t choose my method of payment
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenFirst time eating at Hapton Inn and it was excellent. Very tasty homecooked food and such value for money! Prices so much cheaper than other pubs. The pub has been nicely done and looks like they were repainting some areas this week. We will definitely be back especially for the steak and ale pie which was delicious!
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyThis place never lets me down. The service, food and atmosphere is superb. You will not be disappointed highly recommended
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenI was really disappointed with my experience. I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review in my life but this is the first time and people should know. The food was okay whilst expensive for potion size in my opinion however that could just be subjective. However almost everything else was so disappointing. We arrived and waited for our pre booked table, immediately the concierge was rude and his demeanour was arrogant. We still hadn’t been sat down at our booked time and after waiting some time, when I asked him politely when our table would be free I was told ‘not yet’ and then walked away from. No apology or explanation. It may seem silly but to me this is such a big mistake when it comes to the dining experience. I have worked in restaurants all my life and customer communication and experience is key. To not even be apologised to, just told not yet and then walked away from was unbelievable to be blunt. No attention, no explanation, no understanding. After that during our meal some drunk man came and used the staffs cleaning spray and cloth to ‘clean’ our table. He was off his face and no one came to control the situation, the staff just stood back and watched. He sprayed over wine and drinks and our phones and when staff were asked what was going on we were told they had no idea. How is this place being run that no one is keeping on top of drunken people using there cleaning equipment and disturbing guests as it wasn’t just our table this happened to, I spoke with the table next to us and they couldn’t believe it either. Again no apology, no explanation from any staff. To be frank we spent a lot of money and whilst the decor of the restaurant is nice and the bar staff where friendly, everything else left me so disappointed because I expect so much better service from an establishment that charges this amount.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallWe came early on Friday evening. There is an extensive menu, something for everyone. I had the special steak and blue stilton pie. It was delicious! The presentation of all the meals was really good. The service was excellent from the friendly and attentive staff. Thank you!
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallMeal for 5 on a Friday evening. The food choices were wide and varied. Delicious food thank you to the chef. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value for the money paid. Highly recommended.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnAbsolutely lovely food and the service was 100% we really enjoyed our visit
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyMy daughter and I visited the restaurant last Friday. To have a great experience, a restaurant must provide their customers with good food but also good service. Quattros has provided both, it was a great evening with authentic Italian food and top service. We will return for sure. Grazie tante!!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkMe and my partner came for lunch, we both ordered off the Main Menu. Both our meals were excellent! The food was simply delicious! All the staff were super friendly, they checked everything was okay with our food at least twice. Great customer service! We love it here and will be back :)
