Quattro’s – OrmskirkThird time we’ve visited, the first time the food was dreadful, not cooked, cold or not as described, would be some of the comments. However the second and third times the food us been excellent, well presented exactly as it was described with some great tastes and textures, both times one dish was forgotten which is a slight shame as both times it arrived once we had raised the issue and eaten most of our other dishes, 8 dishes for 3 people felt about right. Couple of points that need addressing, it’s not a kids playground so children running around and being quite noisy should be addressed, it can spoil the evening. The staff need to be slightly more attentive to tables that are dining, we literally had to wave or shout to order more drinks or fact get any attention to our table, no upselling and no knowledge of the food and wine on the menu is not doing you any favours. All in all a decent evening but an3.5 out of 5 rating…..
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallPerfect Sunday Roast. Hubby had beef and I opted for the guest roast, which was turkey- my favourite! I was very pleased to see that it also came with Yorkshire pudding! Quality and presentation were excellent- we had no room for dessert unfortunately but saw someone else’s and they looked delicious. Will definitely recommend and re-visit.
Ship Inn – LancasterLovely meal and friendly staff as always, thank you
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallGood food and service we go a lot and would recommend it
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyLovely food, atmosphere and staff
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallExcellent food and service as usual
Quattro’s – OrmskirkVery poor. All food standards gone, would of been better in a cheap cafe. Servers rude Sat in a breeze as windows don’t close well. Over priced
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyVery nice food, even though it's pricey. Felt like a traditional English meal with a nice interior, charming staff, and pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely go again.
The Waterwitch – LancasterI liked the food, but my boyfriend had the spice chicken and it was not specified how spicy it was…. so he didn't taste the food . you should indicate how spicy the food is
Anatolia Grill – St HelensExcellent service and great food as normal.

The Traders Arms – BlackburnWe had a lovely afternoon with fabulous food and excellent service. We will definitely be back.
Toms Table – ClitheroeWe were seated directly in front of the door & it was freezing each & every time the door was opened! My sizzling chicken arrived NOT sizzling, which was very disappointing, all in all a very disappointing evening!

Trawden Arms – ColneFirst time at A'Vucciria with family and friend. Delicious food, excellent service but from a personal point of view very noisy and hard to communicate with our party, but as said that was purely a personal view...otherwise could not fault our evening.
