The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallOur first time here. Family of 6 with 2 children. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. The food was wonderful, steaks cooked to perfection and pizza was very tasty! Great choice for children. Our only issue was the noise, we were seated next to a large party of very noisy, mostly adults celebrating a birthday. At times the language was choice and we even spotted one of the men getting in his car with a full pint in one of the restaurants glasses in his hand! Obviously this wasn’t the restaurants fault and won’t stop us returning! Good value for money and overall a great restaurant!

The Traders Arms – BlackburnPre booked a table. Slight mix up when we got there but the staff sorted it out and we ended up with a better table in the end. Staff are well presented and polite. Food was really nice and having an outdoor play area for the kids is a great bonus.

Bread and Butter – PrestonThe food was very tasty & enjoyable. There was a lot of choice with starters & mains, but my only complaint would be there were not enough dessert choices. (To some people this is not an issue, but I love my desserts)! It is a lovely restaurant, the tables are nicely spaced & there is a great ambience. The parking is a little difficult though when it is busy. As there is not much room in the main car park, it is very small. So, you have to park along the small lane alongside, away from the restaurant. The services was good & overall it was great value for money.....:)
