Thursday10th June was the first 'eating in' at Amma's for a long time due to the pandemic. It was so warm we were offered a seat outside under the fairly recently erected 'pagoda' (I am sure there is another name for it!) Service was just right, with attention to our needs, but not over-bearing. Quality of food, exceptional, and value for money about spot on! Keep up the good work folks!

Probably the best service and food in Stockport! Fantastic atmosphere thanks to lovely and friendly staff and owners who are always so welcoming. You can tell that, just like in their previous location, a lot of effort has been put in decorating the place. Love it! Also located in the lovely area of New Mills. Easy to get to from the train station. Reddish’s loss but New Mills’ gain! Won’t stop us from hopping on the train to come visit again for the food we have been missing so much! So much variety! Best Sicilian food in greater Manchester!

What a wonderful addition and reason to visit New Mills. The evolution of the Beehive pub into a Sicilian restaurant is brilliant, both from the decor but also the use of indoor and outside spice. The menu gives great choice and the staff tease you into trying something different - all this is complemented by a very good wine and beer choice Well done Alessio, Nicky and team

Just been, food greatA house wine that makes the rest redundant,Gelato just magnificent. The staff make the place a great place to be. Owt wrong?? Maybe the music a bit loud for us oldies but thats nit picking. An absolute success, and well deserved.

What a great addition to new mills A Tavola has been. We went for a meal and drinks on the second day of opening and the food, drinks, service and atmosphere were all spot on. Hands down a new favourite can’t wait to go again.

Excellent! I lived in Asia my whole life and was craving authentic Thai food, my cousin in Bramhall recommended this place and it was very nice. She even made us Thai milk tea that wasn't on the menu, will definitely be back the next time I'm going to bramhall

This was my second visit here, booked as the first visit was superb. On this occasion the food was ok but not great and the service was very slow, booked for 7pm, mains arrived at 8:45pm, and this was a Wednesday evening. It's put me off a third visit which is a shame as the first was so good.

Food amazing service outstanding. It was my daughters Holy Communion and we were well looked after. We had never been before but booked from a recommendation and we will definitely be regulars now.. Absolutely loved it

The atmosphere was excellent and well done for the transformational decor. We could forget everything we wanted to forget for an evening of amazing food and friendly, well-informed staff. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

We certainly enjoyed the starters but unfortunately the pizza and side of Polenta chips were covered in rock salt to the extent that the pizza was inedible. We asked the waiter to return it and were happy to have another made but then I can only assume the chef decided that a second one would be the same and the waiter came out to say that no salt had been added (there was speckles of salt on the plate) and perhaps it was not suitable for my palate! We decided to finish our drinks and asked for the bill. There was no apology for the disruption to what had, at that point, been a lovely evening and nothing offered other than they did not charge us for a slightly eaten pizza. We thanked the waiters for a perfect service and left. I doubt we will return.
