Dropped in to try the Wednesday carvery, we were met by great hosts who made sure we were seated in a area for out fur baby to have plenty of room to relax & feel at home, the staff were amazing and very attentive going above and beyond and this was before we even tried the food which was more than value for money, we will be back and I think it will be a regular venue.

First time visitor to the Hour Glass Inn. Friendly staff and great locally brewed ale. What more could you want? Well try the trio of meats roast. A bit pricey I thought but once in front of me worth every penny. The dessert was amazing too..! Will definitely go back.

Really nice meal followed by a good quiz night, what could be better. It was our first event and we were made to feel very welcome, definitely be back!

Outstanding! I even messaged my mum to tell her it was the best pizza I’d ever had. Everything was delicious, all 3 courses. Our waitress was brilliant too. Super polite and very attentive. Bravo!

Great food and fantastic atmosphere as always… The Swan always delivers! Especially recommend James’s delicious fish and chips; super light batter and fresh local fish - what could be better!?
