Very good food and great service in an idyllic setting! Wished we lived nearer!

A lovely stay at a wonderful pub. What a terrific find. Food was excellent. Great choice and all seemed home made and fresh. Lovely breakfast too. Good options available. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the wonderful staff. Will stay again if in the area. Highly recommended.

Food is nice we booked a table for 1915 hrs on there web site, when we got there we was told they did not have our booking and that we was to wait at the bar, the bar was about 2ft wide for us a party a 4 adults was awkward as this was the main walkway for the waiting staff to go back and forth we was there for approximately 25 minutes not once offered a drink and when the table was available we waited another 5 minutes to be seated not a great start at all and felt very undervalued. We ordered drinks and food quite quickly and then waited an hour for the food to come it was good food not massively amazing at a push I would recommend this place but only as a last minute thing.

Lovely relaxed evening - we were not pushed/rushed. All tapas we chose freshly prepared, good quality and tasty. Will definitely eat there again. The good views of The Sound are a bonus.

We enjoyed a fabulous Birthday celebration. The Sunday carvery was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. What a view from the dining room too, we will most certainly be back.

We had the most amazing food, absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was 10/10 Our first visit but definitely not our last.

Amazing! food, service and ambience perfect!

Amazing experience, perfect cooking, amazing balance of flavours and great understanding of seasonal ingredients. slightly too loud but then its a busy pub! we will be back! best meal in Exeter in many many years!

Went for Sunday lunch for teen’s birthday. Meat and veggie roasts both very tasty, and staff welcoming and friendly.

I travelled 3hrs to meet a friend in Axminster. I saw there was a Belluno not far from the train station and as I've enjoyed several meals at your Bideford restaurant, I decided to book into your Axminster restaurant. We were given a lovely table and served by a great waitress who was very friendly and professional. Our meals were delicious and beautifully presented, and your lunchtime menu is very reasonably priced. The restaurant also has a great atmosphere, with tasteful decor and appropriate music. We had a great experience, thank you.

We had a delicious meal for 5 on Friday. Great service and lovely atmosphere. Will go again.

Wine delicious. View amazing. Some food disappointing. Charcuterie seemed like was bought in packet from supermarket. Beautiful aubergine special but very small portion. Goats cheese tapa yummy. Flat bread also tasted bought in. Go for view and wine. Perhaps food is better in evening?

Visited early on a Friday evening with a friend. Beautiful views, nice and airy with space between the tables so you’re not sat on top of other people! Food absolutely delicious, really impressed and authentic, service was perfect with attentive staff and not waiting as long time to be served or for food. You won’t be disappointed

Had the early bird menu. 4 dishes cooked perfectly, very delicious and top quality. Lovely place, lots of choice & lovely lovely staff
