Gussto Tapas Bar – DurhamSunday lunch brilliant, very good size portions, good quality produce and the staff listen to what your requirements are. Staff always pleasant and polite Good family atmosphere
Farmhouse Dine & Wine – DurhamSunday lunch , was ok , plenty of food , but some bits not so hot , roast potatoes could have been crispy and browner as the parsnips , were not skimpy with the meat. Would not go back for Sunday lunch . Did have steak there the week before witch was fab

The Farmers Arms – DurhamFamily meal (6 of us) meal was great everyone commented on how tasty the food was. It was busy but the food was quick to be served and hot. We will definitely be coming again soon. The deals are amazing value for money. It’s a nice atmosphere and the decor is trendy.
The Farmers Arms – DurhamNicely decorated and cosy dining area, staff very friendly and helpful. One vegetarian option and no vegan option for evening meal, and no vegan options for breakfast so i had to go without, which is why I scored a 3 for food. However the food I was able to eat was delicious, but slightly overpriced for what it was.
Gilroy’s Restaurant at The Morritt – Barnard CastleVisited the farmers arms at shadforth this week ,the food was amazing ,very hot and presented nicely . Hospitality was very good ,highly recommend you try it out, to top it off it was 3 courses for £10 unbelievable value definitely be going back .

Gilroy’s Restaurant at The Morritt – Barnard CastleLovely little restaurant, excellent food and great service. Will be back
Gussto Tapas Bar – DurhamFood was ok. Where we were sat was a very cold draft. Soft drinks (cordial) very expensive for half a glass. Staff friendly enough. Auto tip for 4 plates and 2 drinks should be optional.
Gussto Tapas Bar – DurhamStaff fantastic. Food quality not as good as it used to be, pizzas were a bit bland and the lasagne was dry. We had to ask for another meal as one of the lasagnes was inedible. Staff were great though, could not be more helpful. Food just letting it down on this occasion
Farmhouse Dine & Wine – DurhamWe dined in the restaurant in Saturday night. The food was fantastic couldn’t fault a thing. The service was great also we will be back thank you for an unforgettable stay.
Derwent Manor Hotel – DurhamFood was nice but was over priced for what you got .my partner ordered a burger as that was the only thing on the menu he liked he asked the waiter if it came with onions and was told no .the burger turned up with onion relish on they changed it for another which still came back with onions so ended up eating a chip butty .also the breakfast was so dry as it was just left in warming pots. Good points hotel was lovely ,staff were very friendly .
