We had Sunday lunch there and the roasts were very nice, especially the slow cooked lamb. Kids had food from the kids menu (sausages, burger and risotto) which was nicer than adult food in most pubs. Cannot rate other dishes on the ample menu, but I am sure we will have another trip there to see what it is like
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleWe stayed the night at the 3 Millstones so decided to dine in the restaurant and so pleased that we did. Delicious food and wine, friendly service, lovely ambience - perfect! The breakfast we had was also delicious - 10/10!

A’Vucciria – RawtenstallBeen wanting to try this restaurant for a while now and eventually did on Saturday evening. We had meatballs and calamari to start and for mains the pork gyros pizza and lamb kleftiko along with a couple of bottles of mythos. The food and service were fabulous and we will definitely be returning soon

The ambience is always very good but the most important top thing about this restaurant is the staff, they are all so friendly and engaging and they are always very attentive.

Quattro’s – OrmskirkLovely food and service totally spoilt by a screaming child whose parents were totally uninterested in calming. Was too late for a child that age to be in a public place, ended up running around the bar and restaurant. Totally spoilt a date night with partner. Restaurants after 8pm should not ge for toddlers who should be in bed.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallEnjoyed lovely late lunch/early dinner on 21st November 2024. Lovely friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. Each had 2 courses for £15, cooked to order, beautifully presented, piping hot and perfectly cooked. Lovely house chardonnay and pint of zero Guiness. Highly recommend!!

Have stayed and dined here twice now and wouldn't stay anywhere else when we are in this area . Lovely clean and modern accommodation . Friendly helpful staff and good food and wine .

My husband and I love Greek food and having been for second time yesterday found the food to be just as delicious as the first visit. Spoilt for choice with the menu. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed, excellent service and very, very, good food. Can't wait to go back.
