Superb service from start to finish, fabulous food, great atmosphere; delighted to see such a vibrant atmosphere. Even too full for pud but worth it!

Had a meal Sunday night & as usual we weren't disappointed. The food & service was second to none with plenty of choice. Our waiter was very polite & the surroundings were great. Busy pub & everyone seemed to be enjoying the experience. We regularly visit & will return.

Excellent as always, my husband and I ended up having a 3 course meal here purely in the grounds that the first two courses were so good we couldn’t not try a 3rd. We weren’t disappointed. Lovely setting with attentive (but not overly) friendly staff. The food arrived in good time but wasn’t too hurried and the quality was excellent. My husband and the fish and chips main and it was huge but cooked to perfection, I have the beef bourgignon with meat that melted in your mouth and so flavourful. Will absolutely be here again on the coming weeks and would highly recommend

Lovely food and excellent service. Some of the party arrived late due to traffic and the staff were really helpful and accommodating.

We recently celebrated our dads 80th birthday and the experience was truly exceptional. Hosting 20 guests, the staff ensured we were taken care of from the moment we arrived until the end of our celebrations. Our 80th birthday celebration was made wonderful with delicious food, excellent service and beautiful surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to mark such an occasions. Highly recommended for any special event!

Visit 4 July and had a lovely meal. The pavlova dessert delicious! Have been several times before and the food is consistently very good.

Visited for my son’s 4th birthday. Staff were lovely and tried to make it extra special for him (even after he poked himself in the eye and cried) food was lovely and service great. Will be visiting again.

Thursday at Cosmo was a real treat, steak and wine for two of us and really good service from staff who know how to look after their tables. It's a real Chorley gem. I book Cosmo for family dinners and for business meetings because I know I'm never disappointed. Great stuff

We had the early bird menu which is served until 7pm. 2 courses for £18. Food was delicious & nicely presented. Service was very good & staff polite & friendly. Lovely atmosphere.

Great food great service just a great place to eat and socialise in Penwortham

We visited on Thursday 4th July, 2024. We were a party of five ladies, one of the first tables to arrive and the last to leave. We had a lovely time, the food was excellent served perfectly with pleasant and accomodating staff. Thank you very much, we will be back.
