Our first time eating at the Shepherds Rest, and it won't be our last. Had the Sunday Roast, which was really delicious and good value. All of the staff were terrific too - helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Lovely food - I had the lamb and halloumi burger and my partner had chicken shashlik. We shared the cod goujons nibbles as a quick starter. All was delicious, the service polite, friendly and speedy and the beer delicious. We hale from Stockport and would expect nothing less from a Robbie’s pub!

After this finished I ii go to the bar to see a customer speaking to two of the bar staff like they was something she stepped in ! lovely food & the staff are really nice and helpful but I’m not sure i will return due to the customers it attracts
