Papa Luigis – ChorleyBooked table for 9 to celebrate a 40th birthday. We all had a great evening table in perfect position, restaurant cool despite very hot evening. Thoroughly enjoyed the food & drinks all at reasonable cost, atmosphere & ambience of Quattros excellent & staff all very pleasant. Will certainly be returning soon.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkAs always, first class!! Food was superb, lovely wines and great service. Can not fault A'Vucciria.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallFabulous food,lovely place, excellent service.Cannot fault
Quattro’s – OrmskirkVisited on 12/8/25 had been recommended to us from friends , I can honestly say it was excellent service, food and atmosphere was lovely. We took a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. My husband is in a wheelchair and they made plenty of room for him at the table and it is definitely disabled friendly. Would definitely recommend it to all our friends.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkLove this place been going since I was a child and always been excellent food super fresh always hot and tasty and service and atmosphere always super chill and lovely just love it .
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallInitially on seeing the menu I thought it was a rather poetic description of the usual pub fare we see so often. But I was wrong each dish that we had was of exceptional quality and a far cry from the mass produced microwaved selection that often insult our palates. My compliments to the chef for a well thought out menu of high quality foods that really stood out from the culinary crowd. The best light and crispy batter and ‘proper’ chips I’ve had in a long time. Sadly the menu did not have all our choices available as they are about to change their menu. This in itself was an indicator that careful consideration is given to the quality of the foods on their menu. The service was also exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for the girl serving us. Thank you.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnBooked to eat here on my last night in the valley, along with family and friends. Was not disappointed with the food at all. Good choice (but wish I’d had the pie as lady on table next to us had it and said it was good!) reasonable prices compared to other places I’ve visited on my travels, lovely decor and I’ll be back to try something different next time in in the Valley.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallHad a lovely mid week meal with family and the food was delicious and a good price. Service was excellent couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyAnother lovely meal we really enjoyed it
Quattro’s – OrmskirkSunday lunch, absolutely spot on. Lovely attentive staff. Can't wait to return.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenWe booked a table for four, meeting friends from Cheshire, on Sunday afternoon. Our friends had never visited the restaurant before and were very impressed with the lovely building and the food - very authentic. Friendly staff and chilled afternoon, catching up. A'Vucciria continues to be one of our favourite places in Rossendale. Many thanks.

Siena – RossendaleWe went as a party of five for Sunday lunch and it was excellent. The food was freshly cooked and portions were very generous. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and we will definitely be going there again.
Griffins Head Bar and Grill – AccringtonFantastic food and service as always. Thanks for a great meal.
Bread and Butter – PrestonBest Indian I’ve had in ages and really good portions.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterSlow service waited a long time for our order to be taken, the pizza, and steak were tasteless and the chicken was tough. Spoilt a birthday celebration. Similar experience last year but it was a late booking so we came much earlier but nothing had improved.
