Visited for Sunday lunch, the pub itself is beautiful and so welcoming. The staff were so helpful, friendly and professional and the lunch was presented beautifully and tasted homely and certainly is value for money. We will absolutely be back !!!!!

We were visiting the local area as a grown up family, for a few days. We wanted to find somewhere to eat to celebrate 2 birthdays. Not having a lot of choice we chose The Craven Arms. What a lovely surprise. We were slightly disappointed that it was only a sunday menu. Wow, it was all delicious. The lamb, the pork and the salmon were high quality aling with the sides. The staff were so amenable and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The decor and atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. We wete highly delighted from start to finish.

Went for two course Sunday lunch and two courses at £29. 95 Sadly my first choice brisket wasnt available they had sold out ! So went for crab starter with melon salsa and Barnsley chop with roast potatoes and trimmings . Red wine gravy was ultra delicious very very rich . Couldn’t finish it ! Wine was £28 decent Merlot . We went at 3 pm so it wasn’t very full which was a shame. Service lovely . Rare to find old school food like this these days . Recommended

As regular visitors to the Copper Cow we came for Sunday dinner yesterday, couldn’t fault it at all. We both had the lamb it was very tasty and the gravy was subliminal. Good service and great wine.

We had a lovely evening on Friday! The food was excellent, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. A special mention for how well organised everything was, particularly having the food come out clearly labelled with names, which made everything so much easier when serving a group. Thank you for making the evening so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and will certainly be back!

Having been to many places serving Sunday lunches in the area, Tockets Mill is the best carvery. It's a bit pricey but worth the extra £s and the surroundings and atmosphere make it a bit special.

It was our first time visiting this restaurant and we loved it! We've wanted to try authentic sushi and Roku Asia certainly delivered! It was just a shame we couldn't order the whole menu! The staff are very friendly, the decoration makes you feel welcome and it's not overly too loud inside. Will definitely be back again to try more of the tasty dishes
