Ignoring the initial meet and greet we had from the bar staff (!), the Manager, Chef and other staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and reasonably priced

The White Hart – IronbridgeExcellent food and service
The Last Inn – NewportExceptional meal Service good although it was busy the staff are calm and very professional The meal was hot and ample Food Reccomend the festive menu Nothing is too much trouble
The White Hart – IronbridgeThe food is always amazing here, as is the service. I’ve been many times previously and will surely go many times again. I’ve never had a bad experience here, nor has anyone I’ve been with or heard of.
The Queens Head – OswestryVery poor service on this occasion. Staff were rude and very disorganised. Shame this ruined the experience as the food, when it eventually arrived, was good. Staff need to challenge unruly behaviour from other visitors to the establishment.
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordFood good (best omelette ive had in a long time)service quick, staff helpful. All together an enjoyable visit.
The Queens Head – OswestryLovely meal,Customer service is exceptional
The Last Inn – NewportVery, very disappointing indeed. Casually told they had no chicken or mac and cheese...which is most of the menu out. Cold room, and worst of all the food we ended up with was mediocre. There's far, far better places to eat in Ironbridge.
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordMy bestie had our monthly meal at the Inn last night and I had a very good meal , the service was good, and considering there was a lot of customers in the restaurant the service was not too long to wait….the only downside was the price of our drinks, we had a White Zinfandel and Lemonade spritzer which was £9.10, that was a bit expensive compared with other restaurants we have used
The Last Inn – NewportFood was wonderful and inventive, featuring amazing, unusual, and utterly delicious vegan options. Attentive, friendly, and efficient evening service. Highly recommended.
The White Hart – IronbridgeMe and my husband attended for a special meal to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We had excellent customer service from start to finish The food we had was really lovely and one of the best 3 course meals we have had together.
The Last Inn – Newport15 of us went for a family get together for Christmas and seeing as we all had different things, some having 3 courses some having 2 course and some picking off the main menu everything came to the table piping hot at just the right time. The food was excellent, the staff were great and all the family really enjoyed their meal.
The Queens Head – OswestryLovely food. Friendly service Couldn't fault
The Malthouse – TelfordWe are quite regular at The Last as we find food and service generally good . On Sunday 15/ 11/24, we had a table for 8 booked, and we had walked up, so a drink or two would be in order to enjoy the afternoon. Food was good , service a little slow when it wasn't that busy, but sadly again , they had run out of all premier lagers which we feel shouldn't keep happening. There was no reason given or apology. We decided to eat and head else where to finish our afternoon, but then to top it all , their card machine wouldn't work , luckily having cash to get away . Not what's needed to relax and enjoy lunch out, so come on, everyone, get back on your game and make The Last the go to place .
The Last Inn – NewportMeal for 8, food was great, service was great, great surroundings, you would be mad not to give it a try.
The Last Inn – NewportService was very slow, but staff behind bar just standing chatting. Shown to our table but not asked if we wanted drinks. No-one came to take food order, I had to call waitress over to our table to take our order. Poor service aside, the food was good and plates were emptied.
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordVisited on Saturday lunchtime. Food was lovely as always. Service took a long time and tbh the thing that spoilt the visit was the fact it was freezing cold. It was a cold day anyway but there was no heating. I had to eat my meal with my coat on as did my son. We would’ve stayed longer but it was uncomfortably cold.
