The food was adequate but you missed out n profit because your staff ignored me when I tried to order desserts and additional drinks. Your loss and 4 dissatisfied customers. Would neither recommend nor return. Understaffed. Also, don't mislead by calling yourself "Taphouse" when you don't have a brewery or serve real ale. 1/10.

Best food for miles, friendly staff, apart from the girl behind the bar who was on her phone as we were paying! Interesting night with some crazy and some nice customers, very entertaining. We have stayed there in the past and no complaints with the accommodation. Give their food a try, you won't be disappointed.

My partner and I had bottomless brunch here on Saturday and I must say it’s the best bottomless brunch I’ve ever been too! The food was delicious as were the cocktails and it was so nice to have all cocktails included. So many venues only offer Prosecco and beer, maybe a mimosa. The staff were fantastic, very fun and friendly and very good at making sure you always had a drink. Service was also really quick. As for the atmosphere this was also fantastic, lots of music from the early 2000’s which was very much my era. I will definitely be coming back!

One of the best Sunday roast dinners with everything presented well and warm efficient friendly service

We stayed at the White Hart last year and had such a great experience that we had to make a special trip this year to try the Sunday lunch. And we we’re not disappointed, the food was absolutely perfect!

Always a good roast & quick service. Inside needs some TLC & probably some new tables. But always plenty of staff on. Extensive menu choices & good amount. Last few roasts we've had could have been warmer, but it won't put us off going as good flavours.

Lovely meal again. Callum was very attentive and friendly. 2 for £20 is super value for money. I had the Hunters nachos which are gf and my husband had the lasagne. Really enjoyed it.

Very pleasant and attentive staff. Food excellent. The only venue inTelford where you can enjoy traditional pub grub but also fabulous and authentic smoke house food. You really must try it.

I had a lovely relaxed, mid week lunch with a friend. They currently have a 2 course lunchtime special on for £15, which is really good value. We both had the fish and chips which was really lovely, and although the portions were smaller than you would generally get on their main menu, they are perfectly adequate for a mid week lunch and leaves you feeling comfortable enough to enjoy a dessert. The staff were very attentive. My friend is disabled and finds it difficult to try new places where she is not familiar with the surroundings, but she said it is now her new favourite place. It was fairly quiet but we were in there quite early, but it suited us and we will certainly be booking again in the near future.

Another fabulous lunch at the Water Rat. Best curry in town and served timely, hot and with a smile. Hope they do the lunchtime special again in February, please!

An excellent Monday night dinner - we had steak on the weekday menu, and it was both superb quality and excellent value. Front of house staff were friendly and welcoming. My first visit in over five years and we will be returning very soon.

Staff very helpful and professional. Room was cold sadly, which wasn't pleasant. Except for the excess salt in my main, the food was beautiful, served nice and hot, in good time, and nicely presented.
