Yesterday I prepared three fish pies, 2 prawns and one without. All the fish was fresh and had not yet been frozen previously. All three fish pies contained hard boiled eggs. I cooked all three pies and froze them quickly after cooking. Now I am worried about whether this is ok? Can I cook (reheat) these from frozen or do I need to defrost first. Either way, please can you advise on timings and temperature? Is there any risk in the way that I have prepared this food? - Liz

More information on Bruce Arms"We visit Ripon often and always stop by at the Bruce Arms in the market place in Masham. Initially we went to that pub as it is dog friendly and the plus factor is the great food. We were there for my daughters 17 birthday last week. The girls always get their "designer" burgers which are huge and me and dad had a great succulent beef dish. The dog benefits with the left overs we save him for later !! The staff are chatty and welcoming. A rustic warm pub with home fires and plenty of beer garden space. Plus the walk by the river is great nearby. The river is a bit like the canadian rockies so a great day out. See you soon Bruce. !!"
