Excellent Food, service and atmosphere. A very pleasant meal with friends. Great value too.

Lovely meal and service

Had tea there last night and was really good. We all ordered the pies which were amazing. The customer service was great too. I would definately recommend.

A very warm welcome was followed by excellent service, as always. A full menu encompasses all tastes, with a large selection of drinks available as well. Very good value with large plates full to the brim. Very attentive and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Even when very busy you are well looked after. Overall a great restaurant with good food, drink and a brilliant atmosphere.

What a hidden gem! Took my mum, niece and nephew for lunch and it was an absolute treat. Food was fab, portions were huge, we drank soft drinks from wine glasses to feel fancy and the staff were exceptional. We will be back!

Five of us visited on 17th April and enjoyed lovely food and drinks and were served by amazing staff. A little bit draughty as we were sitting next to the door. But everything else was 5*

Service and Food was first class

I really do need to try something else but I love the freshness of the cobb salad with then fresh boiled egg, avocado, smoked bacon and walnuts. The garlic bread is a really juicy good size portion which is delicious. The onions by this time were the walnuts were a bit odd but it was still tasty and plenty of dressing too so no stinginess on the portion. Absolutely worth it.

2nd visit, called in this time last year. Great food, simple menu with choice for all. Service superb & extremely friendly. Superb vibe throughout. Best of all, dog friendly…..sit anywhere. We'll be back next year if not before.

Food was excellent, I found a new way to serve beef stroganoff which tasted superb. The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. It has been two years since we were last here and all was as good as we remembered.

Great food, super service, nice ‘buzz’ in the restaurant, reasonable prices. What’s not to like. Well done team.

Simply the best pub food in Keswick

Came along 3rd April with my husband Ian and our dear friends Sam and Gary for a joint birthday celebration for myself and Sam and we were not disappointed. Everything about our evening was fabulous, the food, the wine recommendation, the service, all were excellent. We didn't feel rushed at all, it was like sitting around the dinner table at home! A thoroughly enjoyable experience which we definitely repeat!!

Fantastic food in a wonderful location. Staff even allowed us to sample how hot the curry sauce was before deciding if we wanted to order. Would definitely come back next time we are in Grasmere.

Visited La Mezzalluna with 2 friends who hadn’t dined there before , we were all very impressed with the quality of the food and value for money along with great service , we were visitors to Carlisle but would have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely visit again during our next visit

Brilliant little venue, great service and super quality food. Always book a table when visiting the Lakes. Would highly recommend.
