The Traders Arms – BlackburnFound this hidden gem while out shopping. Will definitely return. Wow. Beat breakfast I've had. So tasty. Staff were lovely, venue lovely, atmosphere lovely. 11 out of 10.
Bees Kitchen and Deli – ChorleyThe Traders never disappoints- good food, friendly staff, great service and a relaxed atmosphere. If you haven't already dined there I would highly recommend you try them.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnAs ever Tamzin and her team delivered a quality service and an amazing meal. Loved everything about the place. Keep up the great work
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleBrilliant bar with great atmosphere and quality food.
Rileys Taproom and Wine Bar – ChorleyThis was the second time dinning at the whitchaff inn and it was fab , just like the first time . The staff are so friendly and make you very welcome and the food is amazing . I had the Gluten free fish and chips and all I can think about is returning and having the same again . They have a really good choice of Gluten free meals on there menu . My partner and I are planning a family meal soon and will be heading back to enjoy the whitchaff again soon
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallUntil we moved to the Fylde coast 4 years ago, we were regulars at the 3 Millstones and we still try to get over a few times a year for the great food. The 2/3 course menu is excellent value for money and there is a choice of dishes to suit most people.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeGreat food, excellent service and good atmosphere. Great cuppa too!
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenWill not go again. Booked a Saturday afternoon late lunch. Only tables offered were in the bar, NOT in the restaurant. Went to the Resturant but was asked to sit in the bar which was uncomfortable and noisy. Food took nearly an hour to come, They just had a big order but nobody told us this when we arrived or ordered - had to ask a couple of times to find out. Owner/ manager was clearly there but didn’t speak to us as new customers or to let us know there were problems getting orders out, but spoke regularly to the locals (who ruined the dining atmosphere by sitting at the bar winging and moaning loudly). Food was average at best, plates not cleared so we asked to pay and were just shown the bill and not asked how the experience was. So, overall we did not enjoy it and definitely would not go again.
The Plough At Eaves – PrestonWe had a table booked Saturday at 5pm. It was rammed so glad we had booked in advance..the bar was busy so waited a while. Food was gorgeous. Very noisy but a good vibe Everyone seemed to be enjoying the evening. Great staff we have been multiple times including with our dog and always been made very welcome.
Rileys Loft – ChorleyWe love it here - never had a bad meal, staff are warm. friendly & efficient. The manager is really welcoming & has everything running super smoothly. Highly recommended for a delicious meal with friends or family - you can’t go wrong!
Papa Luigis – ChorleyWe booked a big family 'get together' meal for 20 of us and have to say the food, the service, the staff and the overall experiece was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were friendly and always smiling. Would definately visit again.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenBooked a table for two and a meal for 5.45 pm on Saturday. Service was fine and atmossphere was fine. We ordered a main course and this was Ok. However as the restaurant became busier it did become very loud in the restaurant (lots of families). We had ordered some coffee but it did not arrive and by the time it turned up after further requests we had had to go for a evening concert so no time to drink it. I tasted the coffee and it was also very bitter. I think there is some improvement to be made there as it would not compete with a regular coffee shop and is definitely not a selling point. To be fair we were not charged for the drinks we had no time to drink.
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyWe came for a family meal to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food was amazing, beautifully presented, very high quality ingredients and loads of choice. The waitress was lovely! The only thing I would say was a negative was the noise levels, we booked a table for 6pm on a very busy Saturday and because the whole place was packed out we couldn't really have a conversation properly on our table, but there isn't anything that could be done about that, just a consequence of the number of people in a room with really high ceilings! Would definitely go again but maybe on a quieter night or at lunchtime.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallBy far the best dining experience we have had for a long time . Stunningly beautiful interior - a modern and arty decor in a lovely old country inn . Comfy chairs and tables that give you plenty of room. we particularly liked the clear Perspex dividing screens between tables that gave us privacy and kept the noise down . We were two veggies , a pescatarian and a fussy meat eater but we all really enjoyed our dishes - great good , fresh , home cooked - portions just right . The young waiters and waitresses were fantastic , friendly , helpful , enthusiastic, efficient . We would definitely come again .
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleAn amazing restaurant. The food is delicious. Everything is cooked & presented extremely well. The atmosphere is buzzing. The staff are really very good & attentive
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallGreat night , super choice of drinks , great pizza and helpful happy staff . Thanks
