Excellent Sunday roast. Friendly service. Recommended!

Wow! When friends we've not seen for a while came to Eastbourne for the weekend, I suggested we eat here, having enjoyed a delicious lunch here previously. I was hoping for good food and a pleasant atmosphere and we certainly got that, and more. A really lovely setting, with faultless, friendly, service, and absolutely wonderful food. Perfect. How fortunate are we to live in Eastbourne with this incredible hidden gem on our doorstep. I can not thank you all enough, we will be back and so will our friends!

A quiet Thursday night, but a full menu on. Very good service, excellent seafood. Particularly impressed when I was given helpful details of how to get really crispy skin on my seabass dish - bet I can't manage it at home....

Enjoyed a fabulous meal with friends at Into The Blue restaurant in Shoreham yesterday. Not our first visit and although hadn't been for a while have never had a bad meal there. Great variety of fish and meat. Always good value.

Absolutely amazing food and great customer service

Been going here regularly for the last 3 years. It's one of our go to places. Menu doesn't change much but we know what it will be like and we aren't disappointed. Prices are reasonable. Staff are lovely and friendly. Sundays are very busy but very very efficient. Looks like the whole place needs a bit of a paint bit in some ways it's part of its charm. Outdoor space in the summer is perfect.

As usual excellent food in a friendly restaurant. Dover sole was excellent, tempura prawns excellent and oysters delicious.

Very good food. I would recommend and I am someone who usually finds roasts out to be difficult to get right. They have definitely got it right. I will be going back to try the other food on the menu. Must book for Sunday roast I don't know about the rest of the week however if its anything like the standard of the roast I would think they will be busy.

Wee visited Rye and went to the Globe for Sunday lunch. The food was absolutely amazing on all counts. We had the chicken to share and the prentaion of the chicken and veg was outstanding. We had the sticky toffee pudding for sweet which was genin portion size but again, cooked to perfection. Will definitely go again, was so dog friendly and in such a wonderful atmosphere!

Bloody delicious, great service, nice staff and funky fun interiors. Best roast I've had since I can remember. Can't go wrong.
