Second visit for an evening meal and once again exceptional food and service. We chose their Christmas menu, and at £45 a head, it was worth every penny . I must mention the Sardinian wine, Nepente Di Oliena, which was a perfect match for the meal in our opinion. A very enjoyable 2 and 1/2 hours and recommended.
Ancient Grains – EastbourneI had a fantastic meal with five friends and a dog at The Globe Inn Marsh Rye at the end of November. The pub was beautifully decorated for the festive season and very warm and cosy. The menu had a varied selection of dishes and we were all very happy with our respective choices. Service was perfect - our server was very attentive and helpful. We hope to return next time we are in the area!

It did not disappoint, the staff were friendly and although we stayed past closing time there was no efforts to make us leave. The highlight was the food, it was exceptional.
