Had a lovely meal here on Sunday. Busy lovely pub, great food and good value. It arrived fairly quick but could have been a tad warmer I had the roast rump of lamb and I prefer my food to be piping hot and it wasn’t. We could have sent it back but we were a table of 6 and it would have meant others eating before the roasts came back.

We came for the scallop festival and it didn’t disappoint. Whether you’re having Sunday lunch or dinner the food is amazing. Service is also great and thoughtful. Good value for money especially the Sunday roasts.

An excellent Sunday roast, full of great food. The garlic flavoured broccoli is a favourite as is the cabbage and bacon. The live music is a lovely accompaniment.

Lovely atmosphere, genuinely friendly and warm staff and astonishingly good food. This place is a gem.

A very enjoyable lunch. Lovely food, washed down with a bottle of gorgeous English white wine. Impeccable service . Not cheap, nothing is these days, but would definitely go again for a special occasion.

What a fabulous place! We booked here because they came up top of the list when searching for Dog Friendly pubs in Rye. We were already staying in a dog friendly hotel (Playden Oast) and noticed this was just down the road. We were seated in a discreet booth with comfy cushions which was perfect for the two of us and the dog. We ordered the ribs for two which were beautifully cooked, in the most amazing sauce which soaked through onto our triple cooked chips and roasted corn on the cob. Served with two whiskey sours (which are now officially my favourite cocktail), it really was excellent. A great location with really friendly staff and delicious food.

A great Saturday night meal in scallop week. Many varied scallop meals. Plus lots of other tasty meals. I had fish catch of the day. Had the best crumble ever. Always great food. Quite often come for breakfast/brunch on a Sunday. Always very friendly and efficient staff.

What a great place, first visit and wil definitely come back. Staff were so attentive and friendly, could not have asked for better. Great food, really quirky pub and good value

Every time we come to Rye we visit the globe because the food, atmosphere and service is always amazing. We ate twice during scallop week and as always it was outstanding. We always leave so happy that we went there. Jess and Harry were fantastic -Jess - best of luck in your next adventure!

We had a delicious meal (GF Sticky Toffee Pudding - oh, wow!) The service is second to none. We love the atmosphere and the privacy of the booths. Great value for money. We always recommend The Globe Inn to friends and family.

A great venue for parties of 15-20 in the upstairs room. Good food and very attentive service.

Came for the first time in nearly 15 years, only because Hythe to Rye is a bit of a trek!!! It was thoroughly worth it, came specifically for Rye scallop week as my guest and I love them. Beautifully cooked and 5 different dishes Please keep a few on the menu!! Great team and fellow diners. Will be coming back for a family birthday in a few weeks.
