Nice atmosphere and very pleasant waiting staff. The food was generally good with the exception of a really poor mushroom risotto that was over cooked, used the wrong type of rice and was poorly seasoned.In fairness it was a vegan option which precluded butter and parmesan. However although vegan was on the menu it was not very obvious. It might be helpful if waiting staff pointed this out.

He supports artists and musicians, so the walls always have great art and there's always wonderful music playing! The atmosphere is great and the food and drinks are the cherry on top. If you are vegetarian (like I am) or love meat or fish (like my husband) their carefully crafted menu will delight you. The wines on offer are delicious and everything is served with a smile from Carla and her team. Book a table you won’t regret it.
Ancient Grains – EastbourneThe meal we had on boxing day was both lovely and well portions when it arrived. Service was good , even though they appeared to have an issue in the kitchen . No Baked Macaroni cheese as on the menu so my partner had to change her order , which was a shame. Had to wait for deserts due to the issue mentioned above in the kitchen . Generally very nice lunch though
